Currently using Brian Gillis for my dcf case. They are great to work with. My case is still ongoing. My son was in foster care for 11 months and mt family and I had been trying to get him placed with my family for 11 months! We finally have had enough of dcf and the coalition so we hired Mr. Gillis and within about a month which was when our first court date with Mr. Gillis he was able to get the judge to agree with my family and I to place my son with my parents and made the coaltion and dcf look like a bunch of idiots. If you need a family Attorney i highly recommend this firm.

Prompt, Assertive Immediate Response to family situation on the weekend at 10pm on a Saturday. I wrote to 20 attorney's in the Sarasota Area and she answered late at night. The situation called for help on the weekend she handled it, even with a visit to the hospital on a Sunday. Case was dismissed and Resolved . She's expensive, she can be challenging, but she is the very best for Dependency court (and I would imagine, based on her work ethic, knowledge and determination also for Family court.) If you are in a situation that contains abuse allegations, seek her help immediately! I am so grateful that she took my extremely challenging case.
