This attorney is a waste of time and money, especially for veterans. I told him my situation and agreed on a plan of action before I paid my retainer.At the face to face appointment he changed the plan of action but said if mediation didnt work we would proceed with what we talked about when I retained him. At mediation he was not prepared, had forgotten what we talked about, twice, and had to take notes, AGAIN! I am 100% permanent disabled veteran with no other income, he has absolutely no clue pertaining to the law protecting my disability pay. He tried to force me to accept terms and conditions of the respondent or else I might pay spousal support to a man who tried to kill me, was still married to another woman when we got married and was pretending to be the veteran when we were together. This attorney is terrible.

I paid him at least 20,000 dollars and I'm sure it was closer to 30,000 but I'll be nice and I didn't know then that he was setting me up for failure in my custody case from the beginning he allowed my case to be open for two years before he scheduled trial in the mean time her father who was a absent father for six years who only showed up at he's desire was granted majority time sharing to make up lost time so she primarily lived with him I only got to visits every other weekend she became depressed gain substantial amount of weight and she was suffering from loss time with her family and mother her whole life shed ever known was wrongfully taken from her not to mention her father was illegal resident in America I not knowing he could have pushed urgency in the case for trial but he didnt and because she was doing well in school and had been There now for two years the magistrate decided it was best to leave her there giving me only 30 percent time sharing with her he discourage me to go to trial the day before and to settle and he even had the nerve to say to me as I wept while signing the papers it's hard doing what's best for the child I still cry when I think of the way he spoke to me as if I truly thought that was best for her and after everything I told him she was going through verbal abuse lack of supervision. And on one accation even physical abuse he ripped her hair out he discouraged me to call dcf child protective services he said it was fround on in court my case ended in heart break and pain and lots of regret I lost my propert because of financial obligations to him and most importantly he let me and my daughter down and I'm disappointed in myself for trusting him
