What an amazing experience!!!I had a phone call consultation, I spoke with attorney Margaret Baldwin. She was outstanding! Very professional, very genuine in her approach and the way she listened to what I had to say. I did not feel for one second that she was pretending to be nice or she wanted to finish the call soon. Now I have an attorney here in South Florida. I will definitely come back whenever I need it.

I went to get a consultation from Mr. Hoffman and he apparently had no interest in my case, yet alone hearing it. He runs his mouth a hundred miles and hour, so I could barely get a word in, or even answer his question before he would ask the next. Then in a rather unprofessional and rude way, he straight up told me that I would not get anywhere in my claim. I informed him of all paperwork I had for my case and he didnt bother to look at it. He just adamantly kept telling me that I had no case and that I did not appear to be in the condition that I mentioned. You must be a special kind of ignorant to really think that all you have to do is look at a person and be able to determine their ailments. Thank God hes not a doctor and just a lawyer. His determinations are just opinions, and carries no fact-based analysis. The consultation was not a consultation, but rather than him dominating the conversation and making it seem like I was out to get money. If you want to feel belittled while you are trying to discuss claim options (and constantly being cut-off) then this is the lawyer for you.

This is a very late review, but the service i received was so bad i felt like i needed to write one. First off, i was refered by my bestfriends step mother but i mean, she was a money hungry totally repulsive person but i listened to her just because she was my bestfriends step mom (never again) My case was simple, i had to call multiple times at the office to even get an update on what's going on with my case, they NEVER even made a phone call to me & everytime i'd call & leave voicemails his secretary NEVER got back to me & not to mention she was never in her office to begin with. One of my good friend which worked at a law firm told me to just keep calling them, that he doesn't even know how they don't call or keep me updated. after a year they finally called me & told me my case was setled & to come in to sign paperwork (only phone call i ever got from them i kid you not) Overall, they suck & didn't value me as their customer, they just care for the money.
