she WAS a OK lawyer IN THE PAST , BUT NOW... her LEGAL secretary VERY MUCH unprofessional give awful customer services, she HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOUR FACE, GIVE LIES AS EXCUSES..... how rude ...completely fail AND WAIST OF TIME experience. I BELIEVE the secretary is acting the way she is acting and ...the BOSS Catherine...KNOW IT! and probably agreed!
