Ladies And Gentlemen Sometimes In Life Certain Things Doesnt Always Goes As Planned, when plans changed in my life and I was in need of someone in my corner to help me with mediation and child custody, Attorney Marck Joseph was with me every step of the way. He helped explain everything in detail which helped make the decisions I needed to make. It was a much smoother process with him on my team.

I had to retain Mr. Joseph for a family law matter. I made a lot of effort to research and consult with multiple attorneys. At first I retained a different lawyer, who was very accomplished, however, I felt that there was not a connection over time and I did not feel like he had my best interest at heart. Then I remembered that I consulted with Joseph before although I decided not to retain. I went back to him and he took my case over. I was very pleased with the results and how quickly he handled my case. What was also important to me was that he was straightforward and helped me focus on resolution and not 'revenge' (not directly but I wanted retribution. He always focused on the grand prize, which was finishing the case and helping me move on. I cannot say nothing but amazing things about Mr. Joseph and for anyone who reads this I must let them know that not only is he a professional who seems to be held in high regards by my judge and even the opposing counsel, but he is an excellent man and lawyer who does truly put his client before profits.

I hired this firm to help me with a petition to relocate to Japan with my daughter. I went on for months without any luck or court hearing. Within about 3 weeks of hiring them, I got an order allowing me to temporarily relocate with her, and then a month later me and the father settled and made it permanent. I really believe that Mr. Joseph and his staff made a difference. His cost is pretty on par with most attorney's at his level, but he gave me a really good payment plan and was very reasonable about it.

A lawyer who knows his stuffUnlike a lot of lawyers who just take any case, Marck does family law and does it well. I specifically know this because my previous attorney tried to take 3 different case from me in criminal, probate and family... I quickly learned he did not know what he was doing in any of them. When I hired Marck and his firm, I was lost and confused about what to do. I did not understand the law, and all I wanted to do was see my child. My child's mother was not at all interested in trying to allow me to be in my child's life and made disgusting claims against me.I felt the whole system was against me and that the entire court system was made just to get money off of men and destroy families.From the first meeting with Marck he was calm, patient and explained to me the law.
