It is hard to sum up YEARS of this drama but as of today, my son and I are safe and secure and I could not praise Amanda enough. She swooped down and represented me in spite of having to pick up the pieces left from another less competent lawyer. My divorce was simple entirely up to the point it wasnt but Amanda never once hesitated to navigate through the legal hoops it required to finish this case and nail down a satisfactory final judgment. She attaches like a pitbull and I was already through one judge and one lawyer by the time I found her and I can tell you from experience it was not a family law case most lawyers would jump to. I can honestly say that my life with my son where we are now would not be anywhere close to what the situation wouldve been if I had not found her. She is thorough and determined and all she asks is that you represent yourself respectfully and with integrity and she will see your case through no one else well! Amanda represented me for my divorce and custody case.First of all, she is a good person and that makes a huge difference. I truly mean that! Amanda really is a beautiful person-- all the way to her core. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity she showed me. Secondly, she is upfront, honest, and professional. She follows the law. She respects the court and the judges. She is by the books. She won't lie to you and tell you she can deliver unrealistic expectations. She isn't dishonest or a schmoozer. There were numerous occasions where she responded to phone calls and emails, --even on the weekends and every time I communicated with her she was never inconvenienced by the question or concern. My trial did not go the way that I wanted it to go 100 %. With all of the evidence in the world, quality witnesses, and a great plan, the judge and the system are the deciding factors-- sometimes wrong and sometimes unfair. Attorneys aren't the judges, the system, or God.I can still say without a doubt that Amanda represented me with confidence, class, honesty, and integrity!

And that seemed almost inpossible, then I met Mrs. Salcido in the parking lot of her establishment and while she was walking in to see a client. I am truly grateful to have found Amanda and her team. I have been trying to establish a relationship with my son for years. Because my son and his mother often moved between states, it made it very difficult for me. Shortly after my son moved to Florida I contacted Amanda's office. I was greeted by Cheryl. Cheryl was very kind and professional. Shortly after, I spoke with Amanda and took a while to explain my situation to the best of my knowledge. Amanda was very understanding and really felt like she cared about my son and myself. She reassured me she can help. From that moment on I actually had hope. For a handful of months, I dealt with Cheryl directly, sometimes even late night and weekends. During these times, I had some pretty unexpected moments that really required help...Cheryl was right there, seriously. I never felt alone the entire time. Very little communication,didnt show up to court the first time,never got anything in the mail about child support like I was supposed to. Way too expensive for the very little work she did. After court she basically dropped me never responded to the pictures I sent about how my child came back from his fathers.

Amanda Salcido is an outstanding attorney! I am a father who lives in Washington state. My son lived with me for over a year with his mother blessing and then was not returned to me after summer vacation. My sons education and social well being were great when he was with me. It was stressful for us all, but Amanda aided me in proving to the court system what is best for my son. She always kept in contact with me as far as what we needed to do and also anytime there were updates with the court. Did not hire this attorney, called for possible out of state custody issue with my ex as I live in the midwest, was told by the assistant it was $200.00 just to talk to the attorney on the phone to see if I'd want to pay the $4500.00 retainer to hire her, yeah sorry phone consultation fees from out of state callers, where I'm not even asking for legal advice yet is a joke, where you want to ask the attorney pointed questions about herself, her career, her average number cases per year, hear her demeanor as she talks to you to see if she's an agressive attorney and will fight for you, should not cost you $200.00, I would not recommend for people who don't live in the area to waste their time, she may be a good attorney, I'll never know due to her choice of operations but have had a few attorneys from this area over the years and was never brushed off like that or made to feel like I had to decide to hire you before I even talked to you.

Amanda Salcido did a great job with my custody case, as it was a tricky one. I am out of state and had to have representation in Florida, making all contact via email or phone. Mrs. Salcido kept me up to date the entire time, never missing a detail. Not only was my case between two states, we actually had to visit another state as well. Mrs. Salcido never dismissed me, as much as I may have bothered her throughout the process. Contact was continous and very appreciative. I would definitely recommend her firm to anyone needing help with a custody case, no matter how difficult they may think their case may be, she can definitely handle it.
