It has been a luck and pleasure to have Attorney Snead and her coworkers during my family's case, which is a extremely rare and complicated one during to a number of factors. We were in an urgent situation and she arranged to meet us the next day after I contacted her during mid night. Meetings with her were always constructive and she was able to give caring, frank, and very proper comments. She promptly considered and carried out actions for the special needs of the case, resulting in a quick solution of the case. After the case Attorney Snead and her coworkers left us a strong impression that their team is professional, capable, caring, more importantly, willing to make extra efforts toward the best outcome of a case. It is a wonderful experience to know her as both a seasoned lawyer and person. We highly recommend her.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this office for casing involving child support. In my experience the attorney is not knowledgeable or well versed in the laws and processes regarding child support matters. The office proved to be both non-effective, had a lack of communication, and inefficiently did work to obtain billables. After approximately $6,000 in attorney fees I was left exactly where I began, and was requested to be dropped as a client after a request for an additional $3,000 was requested (total of approximately $9,000). I ultimately feel the Attorney Snead neither represented my best interests, counseled me, or upheld her fiduciary duty as my legal representation. I was ultimately left to handle my case on a self represented basis at exactly the same point I began, but $6,000 in attorney expenses.

Save your money Anns get a Public Defender or Family Aid Attorney. She will drain your account and give minimal services. Also, her Paralegal is incompetent.

I was very disappointed in Ms Snead's representation of my case. I feel she overcharged and under delivered. I hired her to represent me in my divorce. I was required to go to mediation first and was told she would call me prior to mediation to 'prepare' me. 1 week prior to her call, I e mailed her a 3 page summary of my background, so she would know where I was coming from and what I expected out of mediation. It was obvious during that call she hadn't read my summary and was totally unprepared. At mediation she never argued one point for me, just let the mediator do all the work and kept urging me to take the deal. Now I am divorced, but all the points listed in the signed mediation agreement are still up in the air with no resolution in sight. Think twice before you hire Darla Snead.

I was lucky enough to meet Ms. Snead in the courthouse after being served papers for an Injunction. She immediately took charge of my case and gave me great advice.Ms. Snead told me exactly what was going to happen yet she didn't fill me with any false hope. She told me the truth about my case and my chances of winning. In the courtroom, Ms. Snead was firm with the petitioner and her witnesses and showed the court the errors of their ways - they were not as honest as they wanted the Court to believe.
