Best of the Best-When I realized I needed to get a divorce, I didn't know any Lawyers in Fort Walton so I asked around to friends I trusted.. I heard a resounding answer Tonya Petermann.... I called her and was very impressed with her knowledge and 'toughness'.. I ended up getting a very well drafted MSA. I subsequently had to file contempt charges against my ex and had him file against me. I was terrified but it wasn't until I was in court with her that I saw first hand how she doesn't miss a beat and has every detail worked out.. I won my case! She is worth every dime you pay...

Dragged out a case for 14 months by canceling hearings and mediation while not responding to my attorney, and then had the nerve to tell the court she did everything in her power to resolve the case as quickly as possible while asking for attorney fees from me. Pretty damn unethical if you ask me.
