I highly recommend NOT choosing KLA. The one sole purpose is to front hard work and compassion while doing as minimal as possible. Its crazy how another friend of mine and myself both filed and all the same numbers fell into place for the formula on child support and yet Im still paying significantly more than he does. When I approached my lawyer from KLA about the issue post final judgment the only thing he would tell me is its case by case and it is what it is. No regard for the fact that I had proof of being overcharged for child support. Now Im going back to the courts to spend more money and fix what the lawyer should of done right in the first place but couldnt. Stay away from this firm. Costly and you will receive nothing in return.

This firm is just a satellite office. You will be a number to their headquarters. They only want to bill you for this and that. Their attorneys are inexperienced. I question whether they really are even for father's rights. It is a front and false advertising. They will not file things. You will send them all your evidence and concerns only to find yourself in court totally outgamed (also note who provides this 'mens only' firm its only glowing review).

David Lohr and Courtney kept me informed as well as kept me up to date during my entire case. Any time I ha d a question they either answered me right then or called me back the very next day. I would DEFINITELY recommend Kenny Leigh and Associates!!

Hiring Mr. David Lohr, was the best move we could have made. He was extremely organized, meticulous and knowledgeable. My husband and I have been pestered by the mother of his child for the last 6 years with petty issues solely created for attention. It would take all day to explain what this woman has tried to put our family through. With the help of Mr. Lohr, the court was finally able to see what we were dealing with and ended up ordering her to: pay our attorney fees, give us make up time for denied timesharing and also held her responsible for the medical bills she refused to pay on the childs behalf. Mr. Lohr, and his staff kept us informed about our case. The other attorneys weve hired in the past NEVER did this. We would have to call their offices and rely on disorganized secretaries for any information on our case. After our initial consultation, we handed all of our logs, photographs and anything else we had acquired over the past few years to Mr. Lohr, in a jumbled mess and explained to him what was going on. He listened very intently, taking notes and asking questions and then explained what he would like to do with the case. He was honest with us about certain points, explaining that a judge would not care about some points and described what he wanted to focus on. This honesty was much appreciated. Attorneys in past would try to paint us unrealistic pictures and fill our heads with improbable expectations. A few weeks later at our next meeting Mr. Lohr, had a thick, well organized binder that included everything we had supplied to him and then some. He told us what to expect at court and was extremely conversant on the particulars of our case. Another first for us. Mr. Lohr, made us feel as though we were his only case. On our court date, Mr. Lohr arrived early and put our minds at ease with his calm and confident demeanor. Once in front of the magistrate, he spoke with ease and commanded the room. In the end, the magistrate ruled in our favor and were extremely happy with the verdict. Once the dust settles and my husbands ex starts trouble again we will DEFINITELY be rehiring Mr. Lohr! Any father looking for great representation should consider hiring Mr. Lohr.

This lawfirm embodies all the typical stereotypes you hear about lawyers. To say there was minimal communication would be an understatement. The original attorney I spoke to ,when I agreed to work with these scumbags, was fired/quit/ or just disappeared. I received an email from some secretary saying I had a new attorney and for approximately the next 3+ months I never heard a word from this man. No phone call, no email. All I would receive was generic pre-printed legal documents that some secretary cut and paste my case information into. Which inevitably cost $30 per page. Oh, and bills. I understand divorces are costly. But these people make sure you'll hate them more than you'd ever hate your spouse. I met with my original attorney once (maybe a half hour), my second attorney exactly zero times, and some other 'fill-in' attorney for a single mediation appointment. All three of these jackasses never once made a phone call or email to me. They now have $4500 of my money and I didn't even go through with the divorce. People, please, heed my warning. Give your business/money to someone else. I honestly feel robbed/dooped. I've given these people thousands of dollars and have from my perspective received all but nothing in the way or legitimate service.
