From my perspective unless you have unexpectedly come into a huge sum of cash no one wants to speak to an attorney. Chances are if you are seeking legal counsel either something bad has happened, or is about to happen in your life. I equate hiring an attorney to purchasing insurance; youre never happy to write that check but if youve done your research and chosen wisely that initial expenditure should far outweigh any potential long term monetary and emotional costs. Having recently been through an emotionally and financially devastating event I can say with supreme confidence that I had chosen wisely when I retained Gary Weiner. Im not aggressive or confrontational by nature, in fact in many respects Im probably too passive or soft. It is all fine and dandy to want the proverbial pit bull or heartless type of attorney portrayed in TV and movies until the reality sets in that you too, must deal with that persona. I just concluded a lengthy and extremely stressful divorce and Im not sure I could have gotten through it, let alone reached the end result we did, without the help of Gary and the team he assembled for the case. I began my divorce with a different attorney and it was a complete and total disaster.
