I recently had the pleasure of working with Matthew Martin with a very dis-pleasurable experience of being falsely accused of cyber stalking/stalking attempted injunction against me. I found Matthew 'Matt' as I call him to be extremely professional, informative of his motions for me and explaining step by step this process before during and after our hearings. I am glad to say I got the results I was expecting, dismissed after the final hearing. I highly recommend this young upcoming lawyer to anyone involved in family law matters. I don't know who wrote these reviews. Maybe his friends!I hired Mathew Martin and it was a big mistake. He is unexperience, immature and rude. He did absolutely nothing in 5 months since I hired him only ask for more money. I had to let him go in order to get my divorce going. He said one thing and after getting the money he said another. What a wasted time and money. He would not return my calls or emails and when he did he would remind me that it will cost me a lot more for contacting him. Dont make the same mistake I did. Get an experienced,caring,professional attorney instead.

Mr. Martin and his office handled my divorce in the most efficient, intuitive way with minimal stress on me. Being in grad school and getting divorced is not something I had planned for; yet Mr Martin consistently made decisions and guided my case in a manner that allowed me to still focus on keeping my life going in the meantime. I trust him completely as an attorney, as he always kept my best interest in mind in finalizing what could have been a very complicated matter in the most productive way. First thing i hear my Wife is getting a divorce. My kids say , the lawyer told mom.to lie to you and get all the information she can. We aresipposed to.lie to you too. That caps the day of my wife being sweet and and offering to help take over the finances. That was the last time she was ever sweet. Something this lawyer said made her meaner than hell. This was not yhe first time. We took time outs with layers onvoved before. Other than tell her and my kids to lie (fornidden in their oath or whatever) . He has fored her ip so.badly this time with the most pbcene hate I have ever experienced If your spouse goes here, the will never be any chance of reconcillation ever !!! This man shom I call Mr Lugen , a play on the German word for liar, wants to make sure, he keeps your in divorce proceedings so he can get paid My wife is a whole different person in one day. Lyong , playong emotional games. She called sweetly to tell me things would be better, i arrived and was served after 25 years of marriage, I have no clue who this detestable woman is. I loved my wife, but I hate this person and this man has a special place somewhere I will declare bantupcy before this man gets a penny. I have an hourly lawyer, that answers wiestions when i can fill out paperwork. If this all gors theough as offered. I will make no money for nearly 2 years after paying him and all the alimony I have s disabolity and cancelled my treatments because I cant afgord them now. I sit in paon and my Wife no longer cares and emails him all day long and now tells me , i can only emaol her to talk even about food, because he told her to do it. This includes wuesyions about my. Kids. This man is obscene I

Dirty, dishonest, unethical and sociopathic. He delights and preys on his clients misfortunes. His sole goal and motivation is self enrichment off of his clients.

Brilliant lawyer! Mr. Matthew Martin did an excellent job for my case and was very responsive throughout the entire process. All documents were prepared in a timely matter and everything was in order. You can tell Mr. Martin is passionate about his work and really cares about his clients.

Mr. Martin represented me in my divorce, and did an admirable job. He expertly guided me through the often times challenging and very adversarial process. He works tirelessly, and was generally available 24/7 to advise me regarding the constantly arising Ex and child issues. As a one-man shop, he does all of the work himself, and thus has his finger on every detail. I cannot stress enough how important I believe this personal involvement is to courtroom success. Mr Martin always advised me to take the high road and act as above board and honorably as possible. In the end, this strategy paid off handsomely, and after 2 years of legal maneuvering and obstruction by opposing counsel, we were finally able to obtain a very fair settlement agreement. I note that at least one of the unfavorable 1-star ratings of Mr Martin is from my Ex, whom Mr Martin never represented!

I recently considered using this firm to do a family trust, will, etc but went with a different attorney. I did not care for this attorney's demeanor and couldn't get over that feeling.

In my opinion I found this attorney to be unprofessional and to have a poor attitude. I also found him pretentious and was not impressed. I rate him mediocre at best. I personally would keep researching if I wanted to actually win my case and come out on top. There are too many other attorneys to choose from in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach area.
