He's a crook. He'll take your money and feed you to the Polk Co. prosecution. He grossly mishandled our case. He missed so many things he should have fought to have kept out of court. He had 2 chances to win the trial. Wouldn't consider defense arguments that could have helped. There was a double jeopardy charge before sentencing that would have LED TO 2ND MISTRIAL. When we pointed out the double jeopardy mistake, did Mr. Averbuck approach the judge and file a motion for mistrial? No sir, he did not. I guess that would've meant more work for him. No, instead what did he do?? He ran over to the prosecutor and pointed out the mistake to HIM. The prosecution dropped the charge and they all acted like they did us a favor. Had I of known the things I know now, I would've found other representation for court. *This is a true account of my experience with this business. It is not false or spam.

I highly recommend Mr. Averbuck. He represented me in a criminal case back in 2012 and I had been looking at a minimum of 25 years. He fought my case for two years and the outcome was in my favor. Great, down to earth, articulate, comforting very experienced, intelligent, relaxing to talk with even at times joke some.. Averbuck has taken care of a few cases for me. I was glad I used his excellent services in the past and I will continue to use Averbuck's services as needed, The paralegal is great too.
