He is being helping me as my Attorney and also assisting other Attorneys I hired, for the last 17 years.

I came into the Pearman law firm with high expectations. I worked with Sean Pearman directly who appeared to be extremely authentic and reasonably priced. When we first met I discussed with him that my budget was important to me and that I wanted to make my legal matter short and simple. He reassured me that it would only take 2 hours of his time. However, Mr. Pearman not only failed to review certain documents with me (causing further legal issues and added fees) but also billed me twice what he had quoted me for. When I called to discuss the charges, Mr. Pearman refused to be available and I was given no explanation for the outrageous end balance. All in all, Mr. Pearman and his law firm did not meet my expectations and I will not be recommending him to anyone else.

FANTASTIC law firm. Annie and Diana helped me through a year of two complicated probate cases. They are knowledgeable and tenacious, as well as compassionate. They know their stuff. These two women make a formidable team! I HIGHLY recommend this firm.

A sibling with mental illness got my mother evicted from the nursing facility that she liked very much. I had to move her to another nursing facility far from him. He found out where she was and convinced her by phone that he could pick her up by car and bring her to live with him. In the past, my mother had signed in her own handwriting petitions for protective orders against this sibling and they were granted, but due to her age, she was brainwashed to think going with him would be okay to get her back to the former place where she lived.I received news while doing disaster relief for The Salvation Army that my sibling was coming to take my mother out of the new nursing home where she resided. I was in a real bind and I needed help fast.My son-in-law gave me the name of a lawyer who helped him. That lawyer could not help me, but he referred me to Shawn Pearman.I called Shawn and explained my situation to him. He immediately had a plan to help me. He carefully explained to me what needed to be done and how much the cost would be to get the job done. By the end of that very week, Pearman law firm acquired for me an emergency court hearing with a judge. The judge appointed an emergency protective guardian for my mother.My mother is safe in her nursing home now. I am very thankful to have an excellent law firm on my side to help me keep my mother from harm and to ensure that she is well-cared for.

Addendum 2019: back at court and apparently this (ap)JOKE of a lawfirm LOST MY WEEKENDS IVE HAD SINCE 2012 to the abusive JUNKIE who disappears when the wind blows but his NEW LAWYER told me yesterday her interpretation of Mr. Apjokes court sideshow for the abuser DESPITE being my lawyer (ha) took AND GAVE MY WEEKENDS AWAY! What in the actual ???! I raise my kids every 365 days of their lives and not only did they do a bad job but they REVERSED what i did have?! Grrrrrrr Worst. Lawyers. Ever. Can we do no stars?? Negative stars? Thats what I would give them! (Old and first review) -4 stars because Eric Apjoke fought tooth and nail for the abuser, stalker, scumbag. Father lawyers? Sure seemed like it. We had overwhelming evidence of abuse and stalking and I walked away with no restraining order (after I begged for one for nearly a year). We should have had an overwhelming VICTORY (I've seen people lose their children for less). My nearly $20,000 lawyer was fighting for the other party! He should have nailed that Scumbag with all the police, social services, stalking, abusing reports instead he flexed all his 'dad's rights muscles'. He advised me to skip the child family investigation (not after all that weve been through but thanks) How could he fight for the rights of family's when he's a single man with no kids? They are theives. Shawn was too busy to monitor I guess. There was very little justice and a very big price tag with no restraining order in the end the child family investigation (CFI) won the case hands down. My lawyer was a clown. No resolution from the top. Ever. Not the entire time. And I still have bills from Eric communicating with the other party MORE than me. I would not recommend them.

This law firm understands how to get to the point and help to resolve any legal issue you have. Most importantly, they are people before they are 'lawyers'. Very friendly and don't try to intimidate you to impress you.Highly recommended.

I had Pearman Law start a divorce case a year ago, only dealt with a para-legal, seamed Mr. Pearman was always too busy. Anyway I was able to save my marriage and terminated the case. All fine, they closed out everything with my local county, I paid all of bills to Pearman Law. One year later I received documents stating they were closing their internal files, okay until they sent me a bill for $6, really? to close their internal files, I know attorneys charge for everything but archiving their own documents? just be ware of their charges, forever!Very impersonal firm, very cold and lawyerly like. No recommendation from me
