My son and wife had been separated for two years, but nothing had been done about their getting a divorce, and with a daughter, we knew it might get complicated. Also expensive, and they couldn't afford it. I thought we could save a lot of money if I did the paperwork for them, but it just never got done. Finally I decided to bite the bullet, and contacted a couple of local law offices. I was told by Eric or Tim, that for a non-contested divorce, with no other issues, $1600 would be the cost. So my son and I visited Eric's law office, and started filling out paperwork, actually Eric did it all, and then contacted my son's wife for other information. She eventually did her part,. It was really very easy and with a minimum of stress, and the divorce is now final. Eric was personable but professional, also patient, and helped to get everything worked out exactly as we needed it. It was a big relief, and we are grateful to him.

Eric is straight forward, blunt, factual, efficient, and doesn't waste your money on nonsense. Listen to him. He knows the local legal community and federal law. This is the guy you want. He doesn't stand behind you; he's standing in front representing your best interests.

I had an initial appointment with Eric which went horribly. I was in an abusive marriage and was so distraught about my kids if I filed for divorce. He told me flat out that my husband would get every other weekend and every Wednesday overnight. He even had the gall to ask me if I was told that I was paranoid! A few weeks after this appointment I was hurt so badly that it took four months for me to get better. Luckily, I found another attorney that believed in me and helped me to get a Protection Order for my children and me. I am now divorced with full decision making and 100 percent parenting time.

We were in need of a lawyer to handle a custody/child support case for one of our children. Shaina and Eric were great! Shaina knew what she was doing, Eric was a great mentor and advisor to her. Not only did we get what was in the best interest of our son, we got the issue handled quickly. Shaina stayed on top of a not-so-great attorney for my son's dad. I was searching for a divorce lawyer but could not find one that was able to help me with my immediate needs. I called Eric's number and he answered right away and I was able to chat with him about what was going on and what I need right away. I meet with Eric and we started the process and I can say Eric knows what he is doing! Eric was able to help calm me down with what was going on and made me feel more comfortable about the situation. After hiring Eric, pretty much everything else was breeze! Eric and Krista are great and easy to work with and look out your best interest in the situation. I would hire Eric again in a heart beat.
