I was in a desperate situation fighting a complicated civil litigation against me in Colorado federal court. When I came into Griffiths Law PC 6 months ago, I was in a very fragile state, about to make the decision to file for divorce from my wife. My experience was mixed. I felt that I was represented well early on, but near the end I feel that I got screwed. Basically, the settlement language dictated that my ex and I split the contents of the bank account on the last day of the month (when my paycheck goes in; so she got half), but then the next day I had to pay the monthly maintenance (pretty much the other half of my paycheck). So I was left with nothing. While I should have caught this in the agreement, so should my lawyer.

My experience with Ann Gushurst was nothing less than stellar. She handled a unique, challenging, indescribably difficult exit from the nastiest situation I could imagine, quite possibly saving my relationship with my daughter, with skilled professionalism, integrity, and surgical precision -- and communicated regularly with me.
