My husband and I contacted Justin when we werent able to see our grandchildren. He explained the process of parental rights verses grandparents rights. Without sharing any more details in public, I will just say Justin provided a strategy that won the case! His legal skill is great, but just as important hes a supportive attorney who truly cares. Justin represented our family through the entire process until Our entire family was finally reunited with our grandchildren. We'll always be thankful! Ross and Associates were referred to me about 2 years ago when my previous attorney retired. I had a domestic relations case that had taken an odd twist and I definitely needed legal assistance. The first time I met Justin I found him to be very user friendly, well organized, extremely detailed, and above all, very knowledgeable of the law. I felt very confident in his ability to take on this case and bring it to a successful conclusion. Justin's paralegal Jamie worked for my former attorney so I knew this was an awesome team. They didn't disappoint either! Over the next 18 months we had several in person meetings and numerous teleconferences. We had our day in court, and won the case. After the hearing the judge personally 'commended' Justin for all his work on this case and for providing clear, concise, documentation to the court. She said, his work saved the court an enormous amount of time! It was obvious to me that she was very impressed with him and all the effort that went into this to make her job easier. I dont know how often a District Court Judge personally commends an attorney for his work, but I doubt it happens very often. Bottom line is, you cant go wrong with Justin/Jamie in your corner. I would retain him again in a heartbeat!

Lori LargeI engaged in mediation with Justin Ross this year on 02/02/2020. He charges $275 for his mediation per hour. During my five and half hour session, Justin spent less than an hour in my room. He came back with a proposal in which I accrued all debts and gave my ex half of my retirement. Justin said, 'I think we're really close to making this fair for everybody'. I think he was more about closing the case quickly than he was actually objectively thinking about what was best for each party. I experienced a five hour, one-sided monologue from my ex, not a facilitated meditational conversation by Justin. I was really disappointed in how the time was spent. At one point my lawyer and I sat in our room for 2 hours without an update of any type of communication. I felt I had paid for Justin to be my ex's second attorney. I would not recommend his services. I would not recommend Justin's mediation. It was a terrible experience.
