My soon to be ex partner called this office to arrange for an amicable separation and was given a slew of misinformation regarding the divorce process. He was told absolutely absurd lies about policies and division of property designed to incite ill feelings that would lead to him hiring them as divorce attorneys rather than having them file simple paperwork for dissolution without litigation. Luckily, we spoke to two other law offices that set the record straight and have continued with our very straightforward and amicable separation despite all attempts of this office to derail and inflame it.This is an absolutely disgusting display of parasitic and predatory behavior against people in pain with emotions and frustrations running high.

Mitch Tacy Family Law is excellent! Mitch was quick and thorough. They handled my mediation quickly and went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly as possible. They were also very reasonably priced. More than a year after everything was finalized, Mitch wrote a needed amendment for us within a week of asking and as always his quality was impeccable! I would reccomend Mitch to anyone in need of an excellent family law professional!

Mitch Tacy is a great lawyer, and an adept person to have on your side, should you have to navigate a divorce. Mitch excels at seeing the whole picture and helping you understand the best possible solutions. I had to change lawyers during my divorce, due to my first lawyer's illness, and not only was Mr. Tacy much more affordable than my previous lawyer, his years of experience in Larimar County courts was quickly evident, as he helped to resolve my divorce sooner and more amicably than I expected.

I have never had to have a lawyer until I had my daughter and found my self separated from her father. Feeling lost and really not trusting in the justice system I found Mitch Tacy, who has taught me that if I wanted to move forward for the positive in a negative situation I had to trust my lawyer. Things in my situation would turn around. Without having a lawyer that actually cared about what has happened and what is currently happening it would of made my experience totally different. I can honestly say that I have had a very positive experience and I couldn't be more grateful to Mitch Tacy for making my case so much less stressful than I anticipated it was going to be.
