Hogue Law Firm PLLC has been around since 2011 and has faithfully served clients throughout Washington County, Madison County, Carroll County and Benton County. The firm's founding attorneys are Brian and David Hogue — attorneys, brothers and lifelong residents of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Defending Your Constitutional Rights

A substantial portion of the firm's practice is in defending serious criminal law cases. In these cases, we use our trial and legal research skills to minimize the negative consequences of our clients' criminal law proceedings. Our goal is to get charges dismissed and reduced, and to ensure that there is no jail time assigned. When that is not possible, we pursue diversionary programs in drug courts and alternative sentencing. We do not want our clients to lose their liberty.
