Everytime I went to the office, during business hours, *random times*, the office was locked. They have a little mailbox that payments can be dropped in but in that neighborhood- no thanks. I have even waited through a lunch time waiting to see if 'maybe they open after lunch at 1230', then waited still 'maybe its 1pm when they open back up'... still locked. I even watched as another person pulled in, tried the door, and left. They either need to have the office open when their website says they are open or update their hours. People just want to make payments, trying to give you money! .. just be open during business hours! Please!
