Scott was my attorney for 9 months. Scott filed a couple of motions that the other attorney continued. When we actually got to court he filed the wrong motion and we didnt get to present the motion. We went to a mediator, he showed up an hour late for the mediation and looked at his phone throughout the mediation. One time he was checking scores for his daughters softball team. The mediator he recommended was disrespectful, condescending and was not familiar with the law. I changed attorneys because when it was time for trial he said he wasnt ready and asked for a months continuance.
