After contemplating, long and hard, about my own personal decisions to make, regarding calling an attorney to help with my legal battles, I called Debbie Long. I had utilized lawyers for a handful of situations in the past, but, this was a new and unfamiliar avenue for me. Anyway, her office was close by, I was new in the area, so I met with her. She was pleasant and confident, that I was choosing the best solution, and reassured, my only course of action, if I wanted a fresh start, and to quit fighting a battle, I was not going to win on my own. She was patient when I had some anxiety, and she was right. I now have some breathing room, and a new lease on life. I do recommend her for her particular expertise, and, she will guide you through it.

In 2015, I made a very large purchase from a large home improvement company which included installation. The process was challenging from the day after I signed the contract...complete with mis-ordered and un-ordered materials, incorrect (irresponsible) measurements that made for reordering and weeks of delays... and a year later, my project was still not completed (although it was stated as only taking 6-8 weeks). Having never sought legal counsel, I was intimidated by the large company and their negligence. Debbie stepped in for me and was not afraid of the Big Bad Wolf. She handled my case expertly and took great pressure off of me. Through her tough and thorough experience in dealing with companies like this one, she was able to obtain justice for me. Sometimes we need a tough, competent and experienced person to step in where our own experience cannot meet the task. I called and left a VM to see what type of law she practices (it wasn't specific online when I searched). She returned my call, had a very matter-of-fact attitude and was very rude. She didn't know what a Series LLC was and didn't understand my need for one for my business, but wasn't quite interested either. This area isn't lacking for attorneys.... should definitely adjust the attitude and read up on SLLC info.
