Will never use this law firm again!! Got passed off to so many different people it was ridiculous!! Definitely doesn't do what they say and ends up screwing people over!! The lawyer that he passed our case to didn't make sure all the medical bills paid before settlement check was issued to a minor instead of me her parent which was the agreement so therefore now it goes against my credit!!! Definitely would NOT recommend!!!!!

First of all, 70% of the reviews on Google are from employees are friends/family of employees. Charles is the most selfish human being on this planet. He doesnt give a damn about his clients or his employees. At all. Hes all about Charles and what you can do for him and always searching for the first opportunity to screw you over. He only wants to know what you can do for him to line his pockets some more. Pick another lawyer. Trust me. Hes certainly not the best and you can find another attorney who is cheaper and will do a much better job for you. Charles, If you see this, which i know you will, karma sucks. Your business will soon fizzle out just like you will. You're irrelevant, an embarrassment, and the laughing stock of this community. I hope to see you again when you have gone back to the bottom of the snake pit where you belong.

Never in my life have I been so disappointed. I've called every week and always talk to attorney assistant or something, then does not return phone calls. I've spoken to an attorney 1 time and that was to tell me that they have agreed upon a settlement, and that the check will be mailed. A week later I called and yet again 'waiting on the check, it's in the mail'. Nearly 3 weeks later, still the same thing, no return call, left several messages. The wreck happened last year! I will never use them again and nor will I recommend them to anyone.Our wreck happened December of 2017. Again I have called everyday for a week, attorney stated that after 2 weeks we would see results and it has been 3 weeks and no return phone call and will not answer my calls, it always goes straight to voicemail. I will never use and will never recommend this office to anyone.

Do not hire this firm! I hired them back in January and its been nothing but disappointment! When you call you never get to speak to your lawyer or paralegal, you just have to leave a message and hope they even call you back. My case is still not final and not sure when it will be! Dont waste your time on a law firm that does not care about you or your case!

I have never in my life written a bad review about anyone but for this worm it must be done. My wife was in a horrible car accident and never saw this man face to face not one time!!! They put some incompetent lady over her case who would never answer a question or a phone call. Seriously...in the 2 yrs. it took to settle this case she never answered the phone one time. BTW she never calls back either!!!! Without going into too much detail let me just tell you PLEASE PLEASE use someone else. If you use them I promise you will regret it!! I will say this, I was in a minor car accident where I never even went to the Dr. or asked for money and I received more than they were able to get my wife...and she will be disabled for the rest of her life!!!! She's only 35 btw!!!!!

Horrible I would never recommend anyone to seek legal advice or representation ... They do not answer the phone ... The attorneys do not call back... You never even meet the so called attorney representing you... My daughter was in the car with me... The was nothing did all I got was a letter in the mail... No phone calls. Never even saw what the attorney look like... Then the fake attorney sent a investigator to my home who was falling alseep while taking my information.... Choose someone else... Very racist. I have a real attorney on my case now and he went right in and made me feel better about my decision of not choosing this unethical law firm

I was disappointed with my representation. I know they dropped the ball when it came to my case, causing it to be closed. When I called and asked about representation, they were quick to send paralegal to my home to gather information and have me sign a contract. They require 40% of your settlement, so they're rather expensive. But I had heard of them, so I figured it would be a good company to handle my case. I was so very wrong.Every time someone called me from their office, it was under a different number. I never knew which number to contact. A legal assistant was finally assigned to my case and she did most of the work. I'm guessing they have a rather large case load, so they distribute the work to paralegals and legal assistants. This was fine at first. I felt I was in good hands. But every time I had a question, I was lucky to receive a call back. I was advised to go for more doctors visits (racking up more bills) and I never receive a penny in any settlement. The moment that frustrated me the most? I felt like I had to do their job for them. My legal assistant would say 'Ok, I'm going to call so and so at this time.' I'd have to remind her that there was a time difference between AL and TN. That's a small thing, but as a professional you must be aware of tiny differences like this when you're representing someone else. We had difficulty reaching the witness. Why was I the first person to make contact with him? Because I know how to use the internet to find people. That's something their office should have beat me to. So I advised the legal assistant to contact the witness. She did and she even took a statement from him. It sounded as if we had a real great testimony on our hands. The problem? She failed to record it. I asked her 'Well what if he was to tell someone something else?' She explained that was illegal. Illegal or not, I know enough to understand that without proof, someone can switch up their story. And sure enough, that is what happened. She failed to record his testimony. A month later when we tried to record it, the witness refused to cooperate because he felt he had talked to too many people (the other insurance company was quick to record a statement that differed from what the witness had originally told us). Why wasn't this handled appropriately? Why did I have to step in and do their job for them?The icing on the cake- I was told I'd receive a call from my legal assistant in about a week. Never heard from her. Weeks later I contact the office because I have specific questions about my case and need advising. Why haven't I heard from her? Oh, because she was no longer with the company!!! Nobody in that office thought that maybe they should reach out to the people she was working with and let them know what was going on? Are you kidding me? It was unprofessional. We lost precious time and because of them repeatedly dropping the ball, my case was closed. I was left with a totaled car, injuries, medical bills, and not a penny to show. I would never use their services again. It's not worth it. You'd imagine a 40% payoff would warrant better customer service and representation. But you'd be wrong.

This is a scam. A local attorney in my town with a great reputable record is trying to bring these people down. All the do for your pain is send you to a chiropractor that has no ide what is wrong with you. Please double check your attorney. You should never hire a attorney from out of state more than likely they don't have a license to practice law in your state. They get money from chiropractor that bilks your insurance company. Then they send your case to a hack attorney in your state that u know nothing about.
