Mark Hopper worked tirelessly to represent my son in a Youthful Offender case. He genuinely cares about his clients and is well respected. He was a court appointed attorney, but did not cut corners. Communication was very good and updates were offered routinely. Once a judgment had been made, Mr. Mark Hopper took the time to personally call to offer peace of mind, which was above the call of duty. This is an attorney who truly cares!

Mark used to be in a firm in Albertville and his firm was court appointed to represent me for a case in Marshall County whose prosecutor was Steve Marshall who is a US Senator now. The firm gave me some short blonde haired guy who had never tried a case. After a few days of picking a jury and legal bs Mark came to the court room and showed out. When the smoke cleared Mark had the case thrown out. I just saw Steve Marshall on national television a couple days ago and reminded me of Mark Hopper and how even though being court appointed he defended me like I was a high paying client.

Best attorney I've ever had. Always returned all phone calls. Mark always made time for me if I needed to sit and meet and talk about my case.I was extremely pleased with the way my case ended. If I ever need an attorney again Mark Hopper will be my first choice.

mark hopper is an outstanding attorney. i've heard others to say he is pricey but when you want a really great lawyer you have to pay for one. he is a former public defender and a former asst district attorney who knows the law and has dealings with all the local courts and knows those people running the courts. he is a great criminal attorney who will go to bat for you and see that you get what you pay for. he always took my calls or got back to me and even gave me his cell phone number and answered when i called at 11 o'clock at night. in my opinion he is the best attorney in criminal matters in marshall county.

Mark was very helpful in a unique turn of events! Mark is very down to earth, easy to talk to and never makes you feel intimidated. I could call at anytime and my questions were answered if not immediately within a few hours. No one ever really likes to have to obtain a lawyer, but with Mark, if need be, I would be a repeat customer. Would definitely refer Mark Hopper for your legal needs!
