I am so glad I found Stephen and his team. I am a Grandparent fighting to keep custody and Stephen has helped me understand and fight for my rights as a grandparent. I dont know how all this is gonna play out but Im confident Foxtrot will do everything they can to help me keep fighting for my grandchild. I really think highly of them. When I hired Stephen to represent my case we new it would be hard. Stephen took on my case and assured me we would adopt in the end. Stephen calmed all of my doubts through the process. We obtained complete guardianship really fast. However this was going to be tough to get the adoption, since one parent was a juvenile and other was a adult. We were working against the Gal of the mother and child since they were both minors. The Gal for both juveniles were totally for the guardianship but stated they would never allow a adoption. So Stephen and Josh worked their ways.. they both had worked a plan which I was really unsure of. However, They assured me this was going to work. We meet with Josh finished signing all new paperwork. Josh assuring me that he was on board and he was going to do whatever it took with Stephen for the adoption. So 100 phone calls and texts later. (Proble not that many) but I always was asking something.. we ended up adopting our precious baby 14 months later. Stephen and Josh really worked miracles. They was always there through all my insecurities and worry. I would Recommend Foxtrot law to anyone that has family issues. Thank you Josh and Stephen for the wonderful job!!

Great compassion for clients

FoxTrot Family Law filed an emergency custody case for us. Steve Williams walked us through all the steps it would take to hopefully get custody of a grandson . Marshall County declared it wasnt an emergency at which time Steve and Josh Holcomb devised a plan to go into a hostile environment several counties away and attempt to win two cases . Josh made several trips to Chilton County and both me and my sons cases were handled and we came out smelling like a rose . I would recommend both lawyers to anyone who needs a great custody lawyer.

Mr. Williams first round at court okay deal but the last part of my divorce in court we got good deal. He put 100% help me win the case. I would send friends or family member if they need help with anything. He also helps me do payment since I did not have thousands of dollars in the bank so that was really helpful doing it in payments paying him each months. I totally enjoyed doing business with him and plan on if I ever do need any more help with anything I probably would do more business.
