Pamela E. Nail, Attorney at Law

Reading these reviews, it amazes me that the negative ones are people that she has never represented or on the losing end. She is very honest and blunt. It you want someone to sugar coat your case and not hurt your feelings go elsewhere. She will do what's in the best interest for a child or a person she is conservator over, not what those that have ulterior motives that are not in the best interest of the child or the protected person.

She a outgoing person and she does what needs to be done for her client.

I just spoke with attorney Pamela Nail after leaving a message during lunch hours. I ' WAS ' considering using her as my attorney for a case coming up in twelve days - future - and had left pertinent details in my phone message. She was VERY brusk with me upon calling back and seemed OFFENDED that I should bother her with my case . ' I ' have already filed case , ' I ' have court date and evidence but somehow she believes 12 days notice is not enough time and was VARY abrasive in denying legal services . . Unless you have MORE than 12 days prior to court date ... I would suggest NOT considering Pamela Nail as your attorney of choice .... Look elsewhere... PLEASE ... I can't imagine an attorney with such a low threshold of impatience and brashness being of satisfaction unless you as a client appreciate abuse ...... !

In my opinion Pam Nail is not just a dishonest and corrupt attorney she is a ruthless, incompassionate and manipulating human being. She was awarded temporary guardianship over my exhusband and after knowing him for 5 minutes and in about 3 weeks time wrecked my family, his remaining health and now has him placed in a filthy nursing home, and only because I detest her she has me barred from seeing him. She has also seized all his assets, and is going through what money and belongings he had in record speed. We are not the only the ones to be done this way by her. She has Cullman political connections that makes it expensive and difficult to fight her. Be very AWARE that in my opinion she is ruthless, greedy, lying and corrupt. She needs to be disbarred from practicing law. * Update- my exhusband has died under Nails temporary guardianship that we were not able to get back from her before his untimely death. In the one and a half month she controlled this man's life he lived in pure torture in two different nursing homes of her chosing. His last 4 days alive were spent having his life ended with massive doses of morphine. This woman is PURE EVIL.

She is and will always be my attorney. If you want something done real quick like shes the lady to go to. She has helped me and my family in so many ways, very good hardworking woman. I highly recommend her.

This woman is a horrible human being.. no soul

I paid $50 for a consultation and it was bull crap. I had question I wanted to ask her and as a potential client you would think she wouldn't be so bitchy and rude and would listen to my questions and answer them instead of acting like what I had to ask was stupid and irrelevant. I definitely wouldn't recommend her to anyone. I left her office feeling even more helpless and in despair than what I did before.

A friend chose Pam to represent her during her divorce. She was cocky, rude and bitchy from the get go. She asked her to get "evidence" but would never use it and when her "archnemesis", Wayne Fuller entered the case, Pam became like a little spanked puppy. Pam seems to be losing her cognitive ability as she can't remember things and seems lost at times. She's all talk and can't deliver. If you want to win, DON'T GET HER.
