Birmingham mens law firm was great with a custody/visitation case i had for my son. Pricing was fair and affordable. Amanda was our attorney and she was wonderful. We felt very welcomed and stress free, even when it came to trial. She answered all our questions and was so helpful in what i was deserving to have as my father rights. Highly recommend and if i need anything or have any questions i know exactly who to call. Thank you guys so much!!

Only looking to make money for himself no matter the outcome. He will mislead you with legal terms in an effort to make your situation sound better. He screwed me over a couple times, just remember that he had his daughter fill in for him without my knowledge, this is people's life that you're messing with.

I hired this law firm back in February 2016. The case was drawn out extensively by the opposing party, but the representation that I received proved to be successful. Any time I reached out via email or phone call, I heard back no later than 48 hours. They were very knowledgeable and always helped me make the informed decisions throughout the entire process. I'm very unsatisfied with this Law Firm. My attorney Gregory C Starkey was unprepared for court I was charged for preparing for court but he was very unprepared this was my first time meeting Mr. StarkeyAs most of my interactions were via the receptionist. Most of my fees were phone calls with the receptionist which I didn't understand why I would be charged phone call fees of one to two minutes of $20 just to check with his receptionist to see if they got the information they were trying to get. I called to let the receptionist know my mother took a turn for the worst and I was charged $20 for a less than a 2 minute call where is the compassion in that? Finally when I called to let them know I was very dissatisfied with how this Law Firm treated my case they charge me for that phone call also which was made with the receptionist. I called after court later that afternoon and ask the receptionist which he have Mr. Starkey give me a call I was charged $40 for this call of being displeased and asking for him to give me a call and she said we're not able to get in contact with him. I never heard back from him. When hiring an attorney the one thing thats important is for your attorney to have some type of compassion, for your attorney to not just take a persons money, and for that attorney to try to come up with some solution if you're not pleased with their service.
