Chris is a hot headed over priced attorney who cant remember what you told him 5 min before a hearing. He shouts at his paying customers in court for sliding a piece of paper across the table to him for dispute. He definitely does have a temper problem and is unprofessional. Worst attorney you can get in Berkeley County for divorce. Definitely will be filling a grievance with the bar association because he needs professional help. His communication is horrible and I would recommend anyone going through a rough divorce pick someone other then him. He has no compassion or sympathy and lack of interest in your well being is appalling. Over priced for little work and effort.

Im active duty military and I contacted this business while I was deployed in hopes of working with them in a child custody case. They charged me $200 for less than 10 minutes on the phone then told me they wouldnt be able to help, and I would need to file in another state. I spoke to half a dozen other attorneys none of which charged me just to say we cant help you I regret reaching out to them.

I saw all of the good reviews about Mark and thought I would be hiring a lawyer who knew what he was doing and that would be on my side, I was terribly wrong. What I was told and what happened was two different things. I was told after paying for him to represent me I would have to pay court fee, and a fine and it would be over and done with. What he got me, and all the remaining hassle I am still going through he basically was a very expensive public defender. And afterwards I asked him if it was over and done he assured me it was, but then I receive news about my license and when I told mark his response was to go hire a lawyer in my area to help me do the job that he was paid to do but I guess decided he didnt want to and he knew that could happen but never discussed it with me, this is after paying extra to make sure everything was good. If you need a good lawyer do not hire Mark! The secretaries that I spoke to are the nicest thing I can say about his practice.
