He listens to my concerns thoroughly, advises me very well, and makes sure i stay in the loop of everything thats happening or going to happen. Know three personal cases with other people , and they couldnt have went better . Hayden is honestly the absolute best at what he does , hes straight forward with you he has a caring heart for what he does and he will make sure you get what you want , but in order to do that YOU also have to do your part as and responsible adult also . I will never go to another lawyer because I know I can trust Hayden , his associates are absolutely amazing they care just as much. also you can call and they are aways there to help and make sure you have answers you need. Horrible. Didnt fight for me at all in my custody case. Left me in a room while he discussed things with the other lawyer and my daughters dad. Never returned any of my calls. Didnt listen to anything I said or any of my concerns. Only thing missing from my court case was the lube! Wouldnt recommend him to defend my dog. The one star is because you cant leave a review without one

Mr. Hayden contacted me Friday evening after hours responding to my email I sent that afternoon. He immediately set up a consultation for the following Monday. My daughter and I went, he was very nice, understanding and listened to her case. We hired him and he has done a wonderful job for my daughter. Horrible attorney drug my divorce out as long as he could so my bill would be higher. Then left me in room while he discussed my case with my ex wife and her attorney. Then after its finalized my ex wife tells me he did nothing but hit on her in courthouse and asked her out. All while Im waiting in other room to find out status on my case. He is a worthless.

One thing that always kinda comes to mind and stands out about Mr. Hayden and his team is how fast they act with taking care of matters. I remember first meeting Gerald at his office and we were reviewing somethings, Gerald noticed and took action right there and then with very important discrepancies he found that had been looked over and not addressed by my prior divorce attorney, next thing I know he has his team members sending faxes and making filings. Clearly this is a boots on the ground ready to go to work for you firm on day one. They definitely put me in a place I wanted to be and then some. Divorce and child custody matters are things these folks are very experienced with and I highly highly recommend them.

I would recommend Mr. Hayden to anyone in my family or friends. So no problem doing so for anyone else. You see some bad reviews from someone who maybe didn't have what was needed, or got exactly 100% of what they wanted. I wanted everything like most, but he explained in a rational, open and honest way, like it is, straight, and maybe sometimes not exactly what you want to hear. But, that's why he's the lawyer, not me, and I needed him and he knew the best way to proceed. And in the end, he came through for me and my child. I didn't get the world, and he never promised it, which is almost impossible for any case, but he said he would everything he could, and he did. And I was left more than satisfied with the outcome he fought to get for me. If you need a lawyer, call Gerald Hayden. You won't regret it.....

This 1 star is because you cant give half stars.. had a phone interview with Gerald and he is the rudest attorney I have ever met in my life!! All he wanted was to tell me his fees and thats all it was about was his fees and his time.. all these attorneys are scared to death of Judge Louise G Staton and I dont know why she is a worthless judge! She likes and is all for child abusers and LIARS!
