Attorney Langbehn was very easy to work with and i was impressed with how thorough she was with my case. She started representing me at the tail end of my case and was quick and concise and made me feel like she was giving my case all the necessary attention to get everything submitted in time and to get herself caught up on where it was within such a short time. My bill was three times more then the person who filed a suit against me. They literally fabricated false statements, so that they could then charge me to have them corrected. They kept making mistakes in my case, and then would charge me to call and apologize for the mistakes they made, and then they would charge me to correct their mistakes. They asked me to write a responding declaration. before I even had mine finished, they sent me a 12-page declaration that one of my attorneys assistance had wrote and it was 12 pages of fabricated information. I was billed for 9 hours for a declaration that wasn't even mine.These guys are scammers! I had to fire them and find another attorney. Rodger Schwinlers name should actually be Rodger swindler.

Awesome people, and knowledgeable...help my broke butt out and got my divorce finalized without going to trial...would highly recommend Mr Rodger Schwindler...he knows what he's doing and actually cares about his clients.

Didnt see mr lutz it was one of his associates. Regarding a parenting plan he knew we didnt go to mediation and took us for 2500. Then they dont tell you about all the bogus fees associated with them. Then we had to call him out on fees that were addee but not true. Unfortunately some lawyers are out to get you and some arn't Mr. Lutz should really consider some of his lawyers he works with.

Is there a such thing as zero stars? I hired Adam, payed for and picked up discs from the court myself and hand delivered to his office Monday afternoon and didn't hear anything back until Friday - which I wouldn't mind if there wasn't such a short suspense as the deadline was the following Monday close of business. The last email I got from Adam responding to an email was AFTER the clerk's office had already closed Monday evening saying he'll be busy and isn't sure if anyone at the office could file it if I still wanted to continue. What the point if they're already closed anyways? Well thanks for letting me know but they closed 30 minutes ago so whatever right?I wouldn't have minded if it just ended there. I paid $2000 as the deposit, which honestly isn't bad for a deposit, and I was expecting to get billed for the time he took to go over the disc and everything pertaining to the case. I got billed a little (like $50) short of $1000 with the rest being refunded.My overall conclusion is that if what I have experienced with them from my Protection Order issue is representative of how they handle all of their cases, they're not worth what they charge. I've sent an email to the head attorney regarding the issues I've had and have yet to hear anything back. Clearly they like to flaunt praise and good reviews from their clients but ignore any negative and critical feedback. I most certainly did NOT hire this firm for my divorce after what I've dealt with and it was just a waste of money.

He's not your typical family law attorney. He's exceptional. I hope you never need to hire Jorge. But if you find yourself in need, he's an incredibly skilled lawyer with extremely high ethics. He'll provide compassionate counsel during a hard time for your family. He'll always be someone I'll remember fondly and appreciate for a lifetime.

I worked with Jorge on a custody case and was incredibly happy with his counsel and partnership in what was a sticky and tricky case. His level-headed approach to managing difficult situations and personalities were incredibly helpful and appreciated. My ex was trying to take away my time with my children. I called Mr. Ramos. He explained my options and we went from there. Although he is a young attorney, he knows family law. He told me exactly what the process was going to be like and what to expect. He was spot on. Not only did he get the child support reduced by over half, I was able to keep the current schedule that my children and I have, which was 50/50. He did a great job for me and was able to keep costs down. I have referred others to him. I still have questions for him from time to time. He always is willing to answer them and does so for free. If I ever have problems again with my ex, I will be giving him a call.

Do not use this law office. 100% the biggest waste of time and money. So many hidden charges. They did not 1 thing for me yet had the nerve to bill me 300+ more than the up front fee with nothing accomplished.

He says he will help you but really doesn't do anything but take your money. Very incompetent. Don't waste your money. Spent 100 for a consultation. Asked 2000 for an order of visitation right for my daughter, I never got it. Didn't get a full refund for the waste of his time without accomplishing anything.

The guy seemed not to be very professional after I explained my situation he pretty much didn't give me no ultimatum I'm not saying he's a bad lawyer but not saying I didn't get the good vibe from him

Do not hire him. He is incompetent and unknowledgeable. He claims to have years of experience. His 'experience' was to give me legal advice that lost me primary custody of my kids during a motion to modify the temporary parenting plan. He advised me to appeal the judge's decision, claiming the judge was biased and inexperienced. He claimed other experienced attorneys told him the same thing. When I fired him my new attorney then informed me he would have advised me to do the exact opposite and that I couldn't win an appeal because it was very common for the judges to rule that way in my situation! Thus, I would've spent thousands more on an appeal that I would've lost ... all on Lutz's advice.On top of that, Lutz gave me his legal opinion on my financials that my new attorney directly contradicted. Plus, Lutz was not very responsive, though his assistants always managed to send me the bill on time, of course. Very often the person who would do the 'work' would be his paralegal. I wasted thousands on him and his so-called advice. Had I stayed with him I am 100% sure I would've permanently lost primary custody of my kids. Thankfully my new attorney managed to undo the damage Lutz did to my family, and the GAL believed me rather than my ex. If you value your family do not hire David Lutz. He makes the profession look bad and he should be ashamed of himself.

I hired Lutz Law Office to handle my divorce. Their attorneys and paralegals have years of experience handling family law cases. They are efficient with filing and processing paperwork, replying to emails and phone calls.

Zero stars for this company, not firm. Very loose contract, took my $4,000 right away. I figured out my children's father fraud $7,500 in his bank account. My items he stole from me. I did all the work dealing with our home owners insurance policy. They charged me another $2,000 for this, sent me to collections and now have garnished my wages. Hope my $6,000+ helps pay towards a boat this summer. Worse experience ever, shop around they just want your money. I'm not even divorced.
