I highly recommend Julie Twyford to anyone who is looking for an attorney who will get the job done! I was rear ended at a high impact while driving on the freeway. The accident not only left me stranded without a vehicle, but with serious injuries that affected my everyday life. After the accident, I found myself overwhelmed by the amount of medical bills that began to pile up. I hired Julie in efforts to get some sort of financial compensation, and Julie did such an outstanding job dealing with the insurance company that she actually got me the best offer possible. Julie took one of the most stressful times of my life and made the process smooth and essentially stress free. Given the opportunity, I would hire her again without hesitation. Mark and Julie are amazing! Best family law firm in Spokane. They not only make you feel like you are there number one priority in their firm, but they are very reasonably priced, and financially take care of clients. Mark is very knowledge and does his homework. In my case I had the opportunity to watch him handle a case in court right before mine. As soon as he started, I knew I had made the right decision. He was so well prepared, professional, and ready to get the job done. Its odd to me that I am seeing 1 star reviews.... Found Twyford law online and saw the great reviews, so decided to give them a call. My poor daughter was falsely accused of very serious allegations. I told Mark our situation and he was more that willing to help defend our daughter. With only a 2 days notice before the court hearing he was able to gather enough information to completely squash all allegations against my daughter and have that record sealed so this could not affect her future with jobs or college! He was very friendly and professional and was nice enough to work with us on costs, because of our financial situation. I would recommend him to anyone! Everyone I dealt with during those few days in the office and on the phone, were just as comforting and friendly as he was. I am so glad I took a chance and called the law office of Twyford, hopefully I will never have to call them for help again, but if I find myself in a situation were my children need more help than I can provide them, Mark Cassell will be my first call!!!

They both worked so hard and fought for me. They always kept me in the loop and helped understand the decisions we were making. I ended up being able to continue my life and am not destitute. Completely unprofessional. Called based on a referral from another attorney. My call was sent back to some oaf named Steve who was not an attorney and continued to interrupt me before I could explain my issue He was rude and obnoxious and totally unprofessional, certainly not someone that should be fielding phone calls from potential clients. Grateful Steve was such an idiot as it saved me from spending my money with such an unprofessional firm and lead me to find incredible representation elsewhere.

Your children will thank you for using Julie Twyford as your divorce lawyer. Before my first visit to Julie's office I was filled with uncertainty and dread over the possible loss of custody of my kids. One visit with Julie put most of that fear to rest and I left feeling much more more confident of a positive outcome. When it looked like there was no possible resolution to a child support impasse, Julie was able to find a way to satisfy both parties and move the process forward. Julie focuses on the best outcome for the children, and she will do anything in her power to insure their security. I would recommend Julie Twyford and her awesome staff to anyone involved in or considering divorce, whether there are children involved or not.

Went to 4 DUI lawyers before I found Julie. Every court mandated agency I've gone to for my DUI say her team is very honest and the best at getting gets results. She worked hard to get me special treatment the entire way! And the support doesn't stop at the not-guilty verdict. She knows the judges personally. Julie used to work beside the judges back when they first started as attournies! She has built rapport with the justice community after 35 years of defending with all her heart. After a two year long trial process, observing the other attourneys and the state staff, I'm convinced. She is truly the best in the area at trials and getting deals with the prosecuting attourney. I am writing a review in regards to Mark Cassell. Mr. Cassell represented me while he was attending college at DU. My verdict off not guilty was due to a superior effort by Mr. Cassell and his partner. Mr. Cassell personally secured a copy of a video which gave significant impact on the jury. As well were well prepared in citing past cases during the trial, cross examining witnesses and overall trial procedures.
