After spending 3000 and still owe 1000, he dropped me without a resolved case. It took three trips to his office to get all my file and relative paperwork, which included several pages of another clients confidential information.

I was referred to Rob by a friend for a simple family law matter. I spent thousands with absolutely no return. When we initially met, he made an appearance of being attentive and interested in my case. Within ten minutes, he had turned me over to a paralegal that took my retainer, $2,500. After that first meeting, I was sent over to an associate of his, seemingly fresh out of law school. She took notes, prepared my case and then, on the day of our first court appearance, an attorney I had never discussed my case with represented me. It was a fiasco. Rob assured me not to worry, it was just early days. I foolishly paid them more money to continue representing me. My case was unimportant to them and mistakes were constantly made, which I was billed for. Anytime I brought this up, a paltry sum would be reduced from my invoice to appease me. He dropped me as a client in a 30 second phone call and immediately withdrew from my case. I wrote a review on Avvo and right afterwards, several positive reviews were posted, one even alleging that the negative ones were all written by the same person. He is bad news. Save your money for an attorney who is ethical and competent in family law. He's been investigated by the Bar association before and should be again.

He lost a biG 'cop' case today. So big, he couldn't defend me after my husband paid him in full. He explained, and I quote 'I'm a cop lawyer '. I am so thankful that there will be at least one cop rapist off the 'beat' in Spokane ! Get somebody else!

Soooo DISGUSTED with Rob! As long as I was paying him several thousand dollars a month, I was his best friend....I had a complicated divorce case (which I filed) involving an allegation of assault. Rob had no problem being 'Perry Mason' for the criminal matter- in fact, I was mesmerized by his courtroom presence. He represented me incredibly well and achieved the not guilty verdict that was just.But when it came to the lengthy, drawn-out divorce case... after he proved my innocence to the court, I ended up paying him just over $12,000 in fees and we never got to the Pre-Trial hearing before the case ever began. He dragged my divorce out for 11 months and when I told Rob that I was broke, broken and just wanted things to be over, the said this: I recorded it on my iphone- 'I don't care if you want to quit Chris, it doesn't matter to me if you never want to see your son again!' It was said with such dramatic courtroom antics that I began to get emotional before I realized he was playing a part.If you ever have an attorney who insists you file motions continuously and basically bullies you into proceeding when you just want to settle, heed this as the only warning you will get.I realize now, I was taken. I was fooled to the tune of 5 figures that I didn't have- that I had to beg and borrow from friends and family.... and it all went to Rob and the multiple buildings he is so proud of owning on Monroe Street.Pro Tip: Don't ever hire the 'experienced' lawyer who will tell you anything you want to hear- look for the person who is fresh out of school, idealistic and honest. Because even if they don't win your case, you won't feel filthy for doing business with them.I want my $12,000 back ROB- I dropped you and there was NOTHING to show for that.

(Family Law) Ineffective representation... If you have a criminal case and unlimited funds to burn . He's average. Still In my opinion your money would be much better spent with someone else.
