Very rude, and self absorbed. If you read more on avvo he almost lost his liscence in NY. He doesnt like women, and I could tell just from our conversation because all he could shout was how much stress it would put on him and he would take no less than 3k retainer. Asked me if I wanted to barter with him, like it was a game, when it was a very emotional reach to put a price on my daughters case. Over all, if your a female.. I wouldnt waste the call or money for sure.

Eric is a good person. Above all, I have noted this about him. He is very down to earth. Our interactions were always friendly, and he spoke to me as a human. I consulted several attorneys before Eric and I met, each one treated me poorly, and belittled me after hearing my story. Eric listened, and I immediately felt that he wanted to help me. In a time when I was at my lowest, this man gave me the glimmer of hope I needed to go on. I will never be able to thank him enough.
