Allison King represented me in a divorce case. Both she and her legal assistant were excellent. Id give them the highest possible marks for both professional abilities AND manner/attitude.

Allison King represented me in my divorce and was very efficient, knowledgeable and kind. She took time to listen and look out for the best interests of my children and I. Her assistant and her are very responsive and both made an unpleasant life event bearable.

Pat represented me in my divorce action about 15 years ago. I had the misfortune of being in court with a different attorney, today, for a separate matter. As I sat and waited for my case to be called, I observed Ms. Chvatal and her court conduct. She was very professional and personal. I watched her scan the audience and make eye contact with her clients immediately upon her entering the courtroom. Shortly after, she continued to remind me of why I hired her years ago. She took the time to seek out her clients individually, counseled with each one and even sat down next to them for longer than a moment. If she didn't really care about them then she should take up acting because as far as I could see, she genuinely cares. It appeared to me each of her clients reciprocated that attitude and gave her the utmost respect. EACH one of them received her undivided attention and in a courtroom is where you hired her to do what she does. She does it well! Her clients seemed to display a look of relief and I sure wish I could have shared in feeling that way. My case was a slam dunk but my attorney, not so much. I had to go to him and had no idea what was even going to be presented to the Court. I sure miss her and wish I would have hired her to handle the matter before the Court, now. I know legal representation is expensive. I don't think one charges much less or more than the other. From what I've seen with Pat, you get the well known name (reputation), legal tenure, respect of colleagues, respect of courtroom authority and bang for your buck. She treated me like I mattered. I wish I felt like I mattered right now. For what legal fees cost, you should matter. Regretful I'm missing out on her representation for current issues! Highly recommend!!

Pat Chvatal represented me in my custody battle in 2010-2011. I had a few other lawyers before her and none of them were the caliber that she is. She recognized immediately what kind of person my sons father was, knew how to handle his attorney and held my hand every step of the way. Even when she was feeling ill, she made sure I was ok with her conferencing in to a mediation appointment. Every time I was unsure of the solution she provided, she reminded me I didnt have to do anything I wasnt comfortable with. Personally, having an attorney that was willing to give me a boost every once in a while was exactly what I needed to get through the process. Would recommend her to anyone with a difficult case.

A little over a year ago, I needed a lawyer badly. Very badly. I walked into Chvatal King Law Office and Pat took one look at me after I handed her my paperwork and told me 'We're taking you. Don't you worry a bit. We're gonna take care of you.' I met with Allison and Debbie after that and they took control of things and set the pace. Great service, very knowledgeable, and the best part is they genuinely CARE about me and my family. This office helped me through one of the most painful experiences a person can take, and cheered me on the whole way through. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this firm.

I have been working with Pat on and off for the last five years during a divorce and custody battle. She has always been exemplary in the courtroom.She is a busy woman so she is sometimes hard to get a hold of but she's busy for a reason. She's great at what she does and there was no one else I would rather have handle my divorce and the battles that ensued afterwards then her.

After consulting with lawyer, Allison, I felt like I have no rights at all to defend myself against my ex and his wife. In a nutshell, she told me that it's okay for people to accuse you of horrible things that are untrue, turn photos on social media into evils that aren't there, and harass you with no repercussions. She told me to watch what I post, ignore his and her harassments, just document everything, and that my daughters feelings regarding her father are just an exaggeration. My ex is an abusive alcoholic, but thats not in the parenting plan...so you're screwed. She told me that I'm at risk of my children being taken away because my daughters grades are bad. My oldest son's were bad until 9th grade, but now he goes to University of Washington with a 4.0 gpa. I would pay anything to protect my family and she was uncaring and rude. I'd never recommend this lawyer to a single person.

From the moment I stepped into the office to the summation of my court case Chvatal law offices and Pat Chvatal were absolutely awesome! I was treated very well and I felt that my case was the only case that mattered to them. Rarely was there a continuance and I was never left in the dark about what was going on in my case. The outcome I received was better than I could have hoped for and the long term vision that this office has is impeccable! I didnt even think about half the things that they had me consider for the future of my custody and visitation, thankfully Chvatal Law did! They were able to negotiate a parenting plan that worked great for me and they have given me the opportunity to raise my child, even though the ex was trying to destroy that opportunity! Every time Defoe walked into court he walked out disappointed as Pat Chvatal successfully argued my case time and time again! I highly recommend her to everyone and anyone who needs an attorney, I have sent many friends to her office and they have all been satisfied.
