Michael Chin took over my case from my previous Attorney, who stalled my case for over a year. Even though, we are still working to get a resolution, Michael has been prompt to answering my questions, phone calls and emails, usually, the SAME DAY, and speedily moving my case to a fair settlement. This wasn't the case with my previous attorney, who never answered my phone calls or emailed me back for weeks.In family court, all one needs is a TRUSTED Attorney who is ready to listen and provide honest opinions and suggestions to help guide their clients to a fair, quitably or reasonable settlement. Michael went above and beyond for me. I had a very long court and custody battle of almost 2 years. Michael never gave up on me and did everything possible for my case and I was eventually awarded full custody of my daughter. He is honest , caring , and thorough. He is not a price gouger. He is extremely hard working and good at what he does. He was amazing in trial and thought of everything . You can not go wrong with Michael and you will be in very good hands . He is extremely competent and reliable. I highly recommend him and couldnt thank him enough for everything hes done for me and my family.

Worst attorney ever. I had Michael Chin draft me a legal document. He kept missing deadlines, was incredibly hard to reach via either emails or phone calls and in the end delivered a document full of mistakes and spelling errors. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I will do my best to save others from making the same mistakes I made. This guy is a complete pile. I will post and make as aware as possible about him. Most unprofessional attorney out there. Everything that reviews prior talk about when it comes to the lack of skill this guy posses is so spot on. Missed deadlines, horrific writing skills with zero care to spelling, punctuation, correct names, you name it. His staff has the skills and communication of a kindergartner. Id sue the career out of this guy if he hadnt scammed me out of all my money. Ill tell you what tho, he is at the top of my list to take down once I find a new lawyer to get my son back. This guy will be bussing tables at pattys eggnest sooner than later if I have my way.

Michael has been our family attorney for the past 6 years and will continue to be so. He has done extremely well for our estate planning, wills, custody issues and various other tasks. I would recommend him to anyone.

I don't have alot of time to write a review that would point to every mistake and complete incompetence you might as well throw your money in the trash and whatever your problem is for the need of an attorney because your problem is going to be only greater by allowing Chin to make a notice of appearance. DO NOT USE THIS LAW SUPPOSED ATTORNEY AT LAW!

Michael Chin is absolutely the worst attorney around. From the moment he got the money he became an incompetent, unprofessional, jackoff...he failed to return phone calls, he was supposed to show up to a hearing regarding a no contact order...not only did Michael not show up. He sent his daddy to represent me and his dad showed up 20 minutes late. When I finally fired him he tried to retain 1500 of the 2500 fee but after arguing with him and pointing out that he never actually fulfilled any of his commitments, he decided to only keep $800..this was for the court hearing he did not actually represent me in, and for my divorce packet that he was SUPPOSED to have completed....it took him an additional 3 weeks after he told me my paperwork was ready for pickup to actually have it ready for me, he then emailed it to my GRANDMOTHER!. That's right.....he took papers meant for me and that were supposed to be placed in a sealed envelope and instead emailed them to someone else! Furthermore he spelled my name wrong and my ex wife's name wrong on all the papers so now they do me no good anyways....do not waste your time with this clown...he rides on his father's success as an attorney but Michael Chin himself is an absolute joke and he will make your situation much worse.

He helped me get custody of my son. Good and respected lawyer.
