I have known Dan Morgan Morgan and his family for many years.Both professionally and personally. This is a good man who fights for his clients, and who actually cares. You do not see that in lawyers typically, at least I have not. His trial win record is amazing and he has always gotten the best results possible in tough spots. I have seen this for myself. We all make mistakes, some more severe than others.. Yet, we are all human and Dan see's everyone of his clients as an individual, not just a case number. I have seen him down from injustice within the system, and also elated when ( nearly 100% of he time )he wins his case and brings justice to his clients. In my case personally... My family would not be whole, or together if it were not for Dan.I do not believe there is a more qualified, hard working, caring attorney in Cowlitz county,certainly not with more wins than he has.I just wanted to give a shot out to my man Dan.. i have a mental illness and he made me plea guilty on counts of assault. i wanted to plea not guilty by reasons of insanity but he wouldn't let me. IF you have a choice of attorney do not go with this law firm.

This attorney has been the ONLY professional I have trusted with my life, future and justice. I have seen Dan Morgan for issues as small as traffic camera tickets that were faulty and flat out inaccurate... To a huge case back in 2012 that had the very potential of putting me in prison, away from my children who I have been the sole provider for their entire lives. I was looking at 7 years in prison for a crime that was neither violent nor drug charege related.. Dan had me home in 35 days.. . He saved my life. That is the honest to God truth. A good man, fierce fighter and there is noone I would ever recommend to someone I care about who may be in a scary life changing situation. Period. Noone. I have full trust and faith in this badass criminal defense legal Jedi! If you are scared, if you need help... This is the man to see.Thank you Dan for saving my life and so much more!

He is a public pretender not a defender, he wants you to take the deal and then he doesn't tell you everything about what you signed up for. So years later you're still paying the price.

Dan doesn't tell you everything on what's going to happen to you when you take a deal, you find out later when you pay the price more than what you signed up for. Never use again.
