I HIGHLY recommend. VERY professional and friendly office. Let me start off with Mr. Gorki was the ONLY lawyer that answered the phone. I had called several offices much closer to where I live and not one office answered their phone or returned my voice mail. I accidentally called Mr. Gorkis office before they opened and Mr. Gorki himself answer and listen to my case right then. I gave his office everything that was ask and disclosed everything and had no issues. It is every important to do EVERY thing your told to do and do not procrastinate. At any time if I had any questions every staff member was able to help. Yes my case was discharged. (Happy Dance) (Not 5 stars because I don't give prefect scores to anyone/anything)

I contacted Rafal Gorski's office to inquire about chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have to say that I had anxiety about it prior to my first appointment. I had my first appointment and Rafal explained to me all my options. I left the office feeling very positive. Rafal was very honest and upfront with me. My next few appointments was with the legal assistant Caron. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Time came for my court date and of course I was nervous but Rafal talked to me before the hearing and I felt much more confident after. Rafal and the entire staff were amazing. We couldn't find an attorney that has descent review around my area. There was something about this lawyer that I immediately called and scheduled an appointment. The lady on the phone was so nice that she sounded like my grandma. The travel from place to the law office was 30 minutes, but it was worth it. Mr. Gorski was very welcoming and even reminded as that there were toys for my 4 year old son that we brought with us. He understood our situation and guaranteed solution. He told us 'Don't worry. I will help you guys.' I hope that doesn't change on our 2nd visit.

We, as most people when finances and debts get out of control, were very apprehensive and nervous as we combed the various Bankruptcy attorneys looking for someone to trust and to put us back to financial stability.We talked to many attorneys and none came across as relaxed, forthright and down to earth as Mr. Gorski and his staff. The initial consultation with Mr. Gorski, shed light on the steps that would be needed to be complete the payment/fee structure to move forward with the filing. His fees are low but expect top notch service every step of the way with positive results. Mr. Gorski and his staff worked through our case, which was complex and very time consuming, and always were very polite and understanding, even with the many phone calls with questions and concerns we had through out the process. We highly recommend Mr. Gorski's' office for your Bankruptcy needs and questions and we would rate them a 10 if we could.
