She doesnt even deserves a star she's the worst attorney she charge me $7500 and she didn't do anything only take my money away. I had to hire a real criminal attorney and also she didn't even gave him the files but thank God he was able to get them at court and even won the case. Because of Kim Ouren my husband had to sit in jail for months. Now I know it was a huge mistake to hire her.

Kim is the most unprofessional lawyer I've ever heard of and I'm not even her client my ex husband is. I've left this woman several messages and she has yet to return even 1 of my calls, all I ever get is her sercretaries. How do you charge someone $2,000 and not finish the job and fall back on my ex husband's paper work also! Especially with children involved these are people's lives your messing with. And your a minister may God help you Kim and remember what's done in the dark always comes to light. As a minister you should treat people better. I'm appauled!

have never worked with someone so unprofessional before now. I am almost positive she still has not completely acquainted herself with my case, 8 months after hiring her! She shows up late for court, IF she bothers to show up at all. She is constantly running behind, making you wait for appointments, again, if she even shows up for them. Fails to file papers in a timely manner, ended up costing me at least 2 contempt rulings and over $1400 in fees, on top of her retainer! Then she doesn't even follow the wording of her own contract! Tried to get another $1000 out of me for 'trial prep' though she hasn't passed any info on to me about a trial date and most importantly, she's pulling it out of thin air because it is not in her contract! Tried to tell me I couldn't afford more work on the case, again, despite the agreed upon contract, and finally withdrew when I pointed out her failure to fulfill her fiduciary responsibilities (act in my best interests) and her straight up lies. If you don't believe my review, by all means, go talk to other more reputable attorneys and just look at their facial expressions when you tell them you are considering her. She needs to give up her sorry attempt at law and just stick with her real passion of ministering her church.

As a mother of two teenage kids already and had gone through a custody battle years ago with them, I had a really hard time with my ex withholding our infant. I had no money no job and no residence as I had just given birth to our son just 3 months ago and my job ended due to my client passing away. My ex had kicked my kids and I out and kept our baby. I thank God for credit because I lived on it until getting on my feet. Every attorney wanted 2500-4500 upfront and I just couldn't do it. I became depressed until I stumbled upon Miss Ouren. I told her what's going on and she allowed me to make the down in two payments. I got frustrated with Miss Ouren several times because I wanted results NOW as I'm a woman of control in my life and had been wronged by my ex. She knew exactly what I should be doing and how. If it wasn't for Kim, working with me when I felt like my world was falling apart, I would not have my now 1 year old back in my arms. There is so much more to do on my case but I encourage you to give Miss Ouren a try. She has a heart of gold. Thank you Kim for everything. I know it can only get better

Very unethical and unprofessional! Does not deliver what she promises. Violates contractual agreements and betrays clients' trust. Lazy! Does not complete even the simplest of tasks - like filing papers with the court!Her charging rate is very expensive compared to other lawyers but her services are shoddy! She takes money for services she never completes.Her appearance and demeanor scream 'unreliable, hide your wallet!'
