Mr. Blinks lied to me when he returned my spouse's message to call regarding my husband's telephone call and the matters at hand. Something about an old valueless and decrepit trailer....His comments are what is unquestionably without value....and moreover , not the least persuasive.Miss Jodie is correct that the man lied to her. He also has lied to me about his memory as to his involvement in the affairs of my fathers estate and assets.I have repeatedly requested that he.contact me to discuss this situation and circumstance surrounding the record ...even writing and mailing him to be communicated with ....the certificate of receiving the mailing has never been found to arrive back to my mailbox.The record is clear that the man is not trustworthy and that he appears to be a sadistic predator that preys on the elderly and frail by commitment processes that institutionalize the elderly and frail and thereby gaining control over the estate and assets.His record of court actions show a disproportionate amount of commitment proceedings and Estate matters. Fact. He as well is planning commission member of the local community and is therefore privy to the inner workings of this area. By the way...you there need ask him to explain why the EDC (Economic Developed Counsel) is lead on determining water rights on the record for private parcels and public in that county...His disregard for my interests concerning my father's private property and the existing record of actions in probate matters over The Farm is public record and the case is not complicated . If you can see from the record at large....the man is a predator....

I have found this firm to be rude and unhelpful. I called regarding Real Estate and was talked over and eventually hung up on in mid sentence. Thanks for the help.
