Save your money I found out after over a year that I was not divorced had the final hearing and got the verdict he said everything was going to be taken care of and Im divorced. I found out because I called the courthouse in the county it happened in to get my divorce papers since I never received them and they told me I am still legally married. Ricks assistant had no idea what was goingOn said she would call me back and didnt that was over a year ago I had to pay for another attorney to finish the job at least my second lawyer was capable unlike Rick.

Horrible attorney! I lost my home due to him not knowing the law. He had me sign a power of attorney so he could get paid but did not put anything about protecting my assets or money in the paper work and I lost everything! He advised me to pleed guilty without even knowing full details of my case. Did not do any research on dropping anything in my case, I had to, then he advised me not to submit my information because it will look like I'm not taking responsibly, but my research knocked 28 months off my sentence!!. Do not risk your money or freedom with this lawyer!! Again, I lost my home, $80,000, my daughter's college fund, 3 years of my freedom, and paid him $10,000!!!

I was told to send him my papers to take a look at it and everytime I called I got the same story be was home for the day and to call back later. Two and half weeks went by and he still hadn't looked at them.
