By far this was one of the biggest disappointments i have encounter in our experience with lawyers, i only had the opportunity to deal on business law with Mr. Brown therefore i cant make a comment of the family law portion. I have had very good experience with this lawfirm, until the last few cases. They started out strong, sharp and nice people but at the end of things they stopped answering calls or calling back leaving many of my cases in limbo. No guidance nor efforts to move it forward, called several times into their office and was always promised calls back. I asked several times if there was a balance and answer was always no, even offer to pay more for their time and still couldnt get a hold of someone. In business its very important to always be in contact, their rates are average for the market but honestly anytime you have a lawyer stop answering your calls regarding cases it is almost negligent. We were forced to hire a new lawyer and start from scratch, even though we had paid and agreed on how to proceed with this firm. I am very sad about it because the people seem great, i cant say personally a bad thing about Matt but this was very very unprofessional and not something you ever expect from a lawyer. It would be equivalent to a doctor walking out middle of operation, I didnt want to write this review but i figure anyone in business needs to know this before choosing them . I hope they would correct this but they harm me and costed me a lot more than the help they were paid to provide.
