I've had experience with a prior law office, I was very sketchy to go talk to another one, but they were all amazing. Every person that works there was very kind, always called us back, always kept us informed , always made me feel comfortable and they're on top of the game. They've even gone out of their way to text me to keep us inform of everything that's going on I love this place and I recommend this place to anyone who has a legal question, or actually needs a great team. The last Law Firm we had was terrible. We can go months calling them back being put on hold, being told they will call us back that day and never get a call, actually we couldn't get past the secretary when we called. Less than half of the things they told us will happen did happen,the things they promised us will happen almost never happened. They charges us up the Wazoo for everything even the phone calls when we were calling for a follow-up of what's happening because we were in the dark, and all the call that they did not return they charge us for it. It's been two and a half years and we did not even received the paperwork that was settled, so when we had to go to school for the kids and show paperwork because it was a custody battle we had nothing to show the school, which meant the other parent could have done whatever he wanted still according to the school. It was very frustrating but when I went to George Ruiz and his team, not only did we win the case, but the paper work that was supposed to be done from the first law firm got done. My family and I are so grateful to them, we just won!! and got exactly what we wanted. We want to thank everybody George candy the secretary the whole team thank you so much and God bless you, we owe you our future

Its because I talked to many of them before hiring these guys. This law office will listen to what you want and will not force you to do anything you dont want because they are their for you. George speaks Spanish and English which made it easy to communicate with him. George gives a little less detail than I would like but he has a great staff to give explanations in detail when I needed it. The team is small, close knit and on top of it. They make you feel safe, something we all need at times. While seeking counsel, I went online and found a number of over-priced and under-rated attorneys here in San Antonio. Fortunately, someone recommended an Awesome Lawyer named Beau Fiegel.Despite being a world class father, my oldest son's Mom was wrongfully denying me custody of our son. Our first day in court Beau got the whole situation remedied including full make-up time and some financial reimbursement as well. I was overwhelmed by his ability to reassure and calm me and precisely demonstrate how my ex had undermined the court order that was in effect for years. I had been in family court a number of times prior to this and had never had such a successful experience.The entire staff was friendly and very helpful.BEAU FIEGEL - THE LEGAL EAGLE!

Honest, trustworthy and very straight forward. In unvarnished truth he will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. He has tenacity coupled with a degree of tenderness but never losing site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for his client.My only complaint is that he is very busy and the contact is last minute with urgency which can be unsettling when you are new to the legal system. Dont hire him if you are not going to trust him and let him do his job. He will not run up a bill with chit chat or unnecessary communication. If you need a hand holder this is not the guy. That being said he is always on top of the game and never misses a deadline.. He is honorable and knowledgeable. Straight forward is an understatement but hes not your therapist he is a brilliant attorney who sticks to the facts that matter and have a legal basis, he will cut you off on the frivolous fluff that so many clients want to vent about, this will save you money in the end. Ruiz and his staff was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution between myself and my ex-wife seemed impossible. Not only was he able to help me and my ex-wife reach an amicable agreement without the need for litigation but his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional support to myself and those I care about most, my children. Mr. Ruiz was able to help me successfully navigate my Military divorce and answer all of the questions surrounding it. Candy and Beau provided candid information in a very professional manner anytime I had questions in dealing with my case. I received very detailed billing reports on a monthly basis that showed where my money was being utilized. After doing tons of research I hired Mr. Ruiz and his team in January of 2019 for a really difficult custody battle. I was nervous at first considering some of the reviews but over all they had the best reviews consistently in San Antonio. I thought you obviously cannot make everyone happy.When I first consulted with Mr. Ruiz I was not charged for the consult and he spent a little over 45 mins with me. He listened to my concerns and kept me on track with what was important and want didn't really matter. He was very direct and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hewr. He told me about his professional experiences in cases such as mine. He was even able to tell me that he has worked approx. 800 cases since he opened his firm in San Antonio. In court he always seemed very prepared. I did not speak to him often during the pendency of my case but rather the paralegal and only when we went to court. Which I later understood was to help keep my cost down. THAT is amazing he runs the business to make money but also seems to want to help you stay within budget. I spent overall $4,589.00 for a major custody battle. Also spent $2,000 for an evaluator of our homes. Mr. Ruiz even gave me a good client discount of 10% it was on my last invoice.When I signed my contract and paid his fee Candy Ryan was assigned as my paralegal. I received a call from her the day after and it seemed she had already be informed of my case details. Her and Mr. Ruiz are a perfect together a get team. They seemed to communicate well about my case because Mr. Ruiz always seemed informed at court and vice versa. Candy always returned my calls within 24 hours but within minutes typically if I emailed. Candy kept me updated and also help me stay on task. Often Candy would spend 15 or 20 mins with me just listing to me blabbering. Some reviews I read mentioned her being rude so I expected an ugly paralegal thinkinh oh lord at first but she was never rude however very direct and not concerned with feelings but rather providing a great service and helping to keep realistic goals. She seemed to have vast knowledge as a paralegal and a lot of relatedable life experiences.The rest of the staff was great as well. They seemed to pass on notes and also communicate with my paralegal because my calls were returned. The office was always clean and orderly. There office has a very family like feel everyone smiling and all seemed to love they're jobs. Very enthusiastic team.Case Facts: Father history of drugs violance and alcohol. Mother (me) history of drugs but clean for 4 years. Child 3 years old.Result: Supervised visits with a step up if father did well so I didn't have to pay to come back. It starts over if he messes up. Mr. Ruiz really tailored my order to my child's needs.Overall my experience was well beyond what I ever expected.
