Alicia Galvany has been my attorney for many years. Dealing with difficult situations that unfortunately do come up in life, it has always been reassuring to know that Alicia is my go-to person to help me get things straightened out. Ive had successful and satisfying results in each case that I've retained her. I met with Alicia a few months back regarding a family issue and she did not try to convince me that litigation was my best option. She presented me with all of my options and at that time I elected to wait. More recently, I decided I needed to proceed and Alicia represented me most professionally, and is aways attentive to my needs and concerns. Alicia has a very keen sense of understanding my goals and wants as they relate to my personality and specific family situation and is always able to keep me on track toward my goal with sound legal and personal advice. Once again, I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case. The staff in her office are nothing short of stellar! Everybody is attentive, compassionate and results driven. Obviously results cannot be guaranteed, but they are relentless at getting the job done and with the best possible outcome. If I could leave 10 stars I would!

My attorney for my divorce, and custody case was Kathleen Fox-Sanvictores. Retainer was $4500. I already had proof my spouse committed adultery, and all allegations my spouse claimed were unfounded. I wanted a jury trial for my custody case. All she did was ask/agree for continuances with opposing counsel. One hearing, we were in court for nearly three hours. About 10 minutes of that was spent asking me questions about my income, the rest of the time she spent socializing with other attorneys. After the fourth, maybe the fifth continuance, I asked her why she keeps asking or agreeing to continuances? I stated that I came to her with all of the necessary discovery to have a jury trial for custody. So, she scheduled a meeting with me in which she stated that my retainer had been exhausted and solicited another $4500 dollars just to prepare for trial. It was clear to me she was milking me for money. At this point, I expressed that I no longer wanted her service at which she understood and subsequently filed a motion to withdraw counsel. When I received an itemized receipt for services, the office printed out every single text message, and every single email, and made copies of everything filed in court. I was charged a fee for every copy that was made, and it was taken from the retainer. I paid $4500 dollars for four continuances and copies of communication. After we parted ways, I became a self litigant, and represented my self and was awarded visitation, even with pending criminal charges. If I would have known then, what I know now, I would have filed a grievance against her with the Texas Bar Association and the Attorney Generals office. I was trying to get a question answered and she basically told me if I was talking to another law firm why didnt ask them that question.. way to push someone off instead of maybe getting client . The service at this firm was OK in the beginning. Then it was painful to deal with them at every turn. If you are getting divorced, its stressful enough. Having to argue with the staff at your own lawyers office only adds to the misery.

Lies and more lies. $10,000 and NOTHING was done. Tracy Ross was ordered to do things by the judge abs never followed through on anything! But Evey time I'd turn around out was more money and more money. Then after complaining, Jamie Graham promised to fix or and make it right but that never happened either and then they started asking for more money again. Run people, don't use them. You'll be sorry!On response to what yall said... you still don't talk to me and your idiot of an attorney, Tracy Ross still didn't do what the Judge ordered! And you know that's true. Since y'all stole every dime I had in my savings, how the hell do you expect me to hire a trust worthy attorney?

I hired Tracy Ross for my custody/divorce case and she was outstanding. The odds of a dad gaining primary custody is well known to be a long shot in the state of Texas. Because of Tracy Ross, we can shut that rumor up ! She is aggressive as well as understanding to the emotional stress a custody battle and or divorce can create on an individual. She is kind and caring. I have zero complaints about her way of handling the intense situation... If she can get it done for a dad in Texas I can only imagine what she can get done for a mom in Texas!!

The lawyers are only interested in dragging out your divorce so they can make more money. They will ask you to track down hundreds of documents that you will never use in the settlement and suggest you hire a P.I. talk to real estate lawyers and do a lot of extra work all so they can bill you for it. Then there's the advice they give which is garbage. Always go with your gut if you think what your lawyer is saying might be bogus, they are not looking out for you, they only want to continue to bill their clients for as long as they can. Even when you ask them to sever relations, they still keep billing you and making up reasons to retain their firm and their services...even 6 months after everything is finalized. This team is unbelievable, they have no shame and no integrity. You are better off representing yourself.

Jamie and her team of attorneys are rip offs. They are unorganized. They asked for the same documents over and over. I had different attorneys representing me and every time I encountered a new attorney I would have to go over the material with them. And that they continued to charge me for there unorganized Communication. On top of that Jamie charge me 10,000.00Which was paid and did not go go through with my case. Then turned around and sent me a bill for 10,000.00 more. I would not recommend Jamie and her firm.Complete rip off.
