They were able to reduce my dwi charge and also early termination of probation. Now every case is different and it depends on who your judge is. However they are a big firm and have a team working your case. They are a bit more pricey than a small firm but you get what you pay for! And this firm doesnt nickel or dime you, what you pay upfront is what you pay whether you take a plea or go to trial. In my opinion when you have a legal matter, dont cut corners with a cheap lawyer. I hope I will never need their services again, but heaven forbid I will use them again if I need to in the future. Definitely recommend!!

We had the pleasure of working with Brittany Sparks. Brittany went above and beyond answering questions and getting back with us about the case. Do not hire this firm. Read these reviews. You can clearly see that the reviewers are not verifiable and have only made one review in their history and that is to this firm. This firm do little to no work in my case and the courts were never even notified that this firm was representing me. Do not waste your money. They will gladly take it.

I was recommended to Dunham and Jones by family and they sounded promising from the get-go. I came to them in a dwi situation where I was arrested under, unbeknownst to me, were illegitimate circumstances. They are upfront about your case and worked with me on a price that was within affordability. From there my attorney was Cole Nettles, who by no understatement went to every length possible to see to the dismissal of my case, and was more assuring as things went on about my odds. Reassuring and confident in his practice, not to mention a good mannerism of speaking that was genuine and informative throughout the couple months he covered as my attorney. I went from almost doing 12 months probation and fines in a plea deal from a court appointed attorney, to having my case dismissed entirely. I highly recommend this to anyone finding themselves in a similar situation. Very pleased and relieved with the end results!

As an African American female I did not feel like I was going to get a fair shake in the court system as I did not from the SAPD to begin with. There were photos of the SAPD wearing Trump hats during the last election year, in bad taste no matter which side youre on. Things were looking bleak until I met Will Williams at Dunham and Jones. They were fast and efficient taking over my case and my bond for less money! Very grateful for these lawyers. Cole Nettles was assigned my case. He was very clear and direct with me about what to expect and what he felt would be possible, given my case. I wanted to work towards dismissal of my case. Even though the prosecution wouldnt budge he and his second chair, Britney Betts, did a great job at trial and got what we hoped for, a unanimous acquittal. Ive gone through this process for something else and felt like I was being strong armed to just plea to charges I felt were wrong. I was caught with a THC Vape pen, a felony here in Texas. It was my very first offense and I was not sure what to do.
