Jane-Ashley takes the time to sit to make sure that you are heard. She is very straight forward about how to handle your case. She and her staff are very patient with all of the outside distractions that come up, to make sure your needs are met. I hired this firm at a very tough time in my life and I was taken advantage of...I only needed them to file a few documents and then they refuse to refund my left over retainer ( it's in the fine print ) I do have a credit so if my life falls apart they will be available! What a joke...take my advise find a real attorney and firm this is not it!!!

If you need a lawyer who is responsive to you, AVOID THIS LAW FIRM. So far they have failed to do work that was agreed and they HAVE NOT returned phone messages. I have left messages, during business hours, within the last week!! No return call.
