On this day, I was in the office during this entire situation. In my experience, I have always shown up early to an appointment because I know there will be paperwork to fill out as a new client. Understandably being in a divorce lawyers office can be a very emotional experience. The staff at Kaye Lynn Boll's office was very helpful and professional on this day I was in the office. Karen the receptionist is a very quiet and soft-spoken woman who is very kind. Sherry has exceptional manners and is a professional woman. She gets down to business and helps you as best she can. It's very unfortunate someone viewed her office the way they did. I've heard nothing but high reviews of Kaye Lynn Boll and office, and if ever needed I would definitely use her.

For me, beginning the process with an attorney seemed a very daunting task, but from the moment I got there for my free consultation (truly free), to the moment I walked out of the courtroom, every step was well explained and rather easy. I just did everything they asked me to, and they handled the rest. I was contesting custody. The money seemed right on par with everyone else I talked to. The receptionist was wonderful! Kaye's aid, Sherry, was MARVELOUS (stay on her good side!!!). And Kaye Lynne was perfect! It'd be a long review to specify each way I was impressed with their strong and caring minds, so I will just say, don't hesitate to talk to her if an attorney is what you need. The review submitted by my ex-husband is not true. Ms Boll represented me in the divorce. She drafted it quickly, and we had to set a hearing to enter it with the court to get the decree signed. I was very pleased with her representation.

Very professional and took care of business in a timely fashion. She was very responsive in returning emails and calls. Rates were reasonable . I highly recommend her to handle any family law matters.

We were referred to Kaye Lynn by a friend. It was our first time to need a family lawyer so we were a little nervous. Kaye Lynn and her assistant Sherry were very professional, up front and wanted nothing but the best for us. Sherry was great at communicating updates, what we needed and giving us any information we may need. The well being of our family was the main concern of this law office. I would go to Kaye Lynn again if needed and would refer her to anyone!

I truly do not understand the high reviews and awards Kaye Lynn Boll-Atty has received!!!! This staff is the rudest, inconsiderate group of people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting!! Each one of the staff members made it extremely clear that the attorneys time was extremely valuable and unpredictable which I expresses was understandable, however common courtesy should be a given because my time is valuable too and I don't want to hire an attorney who will not be considerate or reliable. Kaye Lynn Boll-Atty completely blew off my scheduled appointment...with zero consideration of even letting me know. She wasn't in court or deposition...she had a previous appointment and let me sit in her lobby for an hour without any respect or consideration of my time. Her legal assistant, Sherry is extremely rude, unprofessional and when I expressed dissatisfaction, she briskly apologized and dismisses me out the door and said 'well, it just doesn't work out sometimes.' Sherry was short, dismissive and made it very plain that my time didn't matter and her interpersonal skills were lacking. Sherry may have learned manners in school over a half a century ago, but she definitely needs a refresher course. I told Sherry I didn't think she was treating me professionally and she was being rude to me and the staff asked me to leave!!! I would NEVER hire an attorney that is so arrogant to behave as if her time is so much more valuable than the people she is supposed to be serving!! I can not imagine why someone who runs such an inconsiderate pompous practice could ever win as many accolades and awards as she has.

Not pleased at all with her. She cursed alot during our consultation which I found very unprofessional. She tried to sound like she was just 'laying the cards on the table' for me but I truly believe that she was not interested in helping me. Not sure if it was what I was wearing, my demeanor, or something else but I was treated like some kind of common have not. I walked in and the receptionist literally looked me up and down, couldn't understand why. I don't recommend her for anything because she is very rude and arrogant and does not truly listen. I hope she isn't like that all the time because she seems very cold hearted and uncaring.

Terrible attorney. If you want an attorney that won't return emails or phone calls, and delays your divorce by failing to type up the mediation report more than 6 weeks, then Kay Lynn Boll is your woman!
