Mr. Foster was referred to me through a trusted friend and I'm very glad that I took the advice.From the very beginning I appreciated Mr. Fosters honesty about my court case and whatI should expect in a court room setting. The office visits Pryor to court dates were very friendlyAnd relaxed and kept short. Mr. Fosters willingness to answer and explain all questions or legal and court room lingo in layman's terms was also appreciated. The staff was friendly and proffesional.

Mr. Foster was upfront with my wife and I from the beginning. There was no sugarcoating and we were presented with reasonable expectations. He took our case on very short notice and stood up for us in the courtroom. I wish there was a middle finger for a review for this guy, he is by far the worst attorney in Midland Texas. You're better off representing yourself. He likes to make deals with the other attorney before the judge even gets to see your case. He never calls you back or answers the phone that includes his paralegal. He charges 3500 for a retainer fee up front and did about 2 days work and will not give you your money back so don't even ask. After he was given his retainer fee the first words out his mouth now I have 'party money ' There is more but that's a summary of how he operates. If at all possible represent yourself or at all costs get another attorney. Thank you for wasting my money and my time.

Myself and my wife used him to FILE bankruptcy! It has been over a year, took him all the information 3 times, and still nothing! Every time we call his office you can hear him in the background telling his 'receptionist' or whatever she is to tell us HE is not there! Or to tell us this, or that. When we go to his office he tells us Marybelle, the legal assistant that quit him, put him behind, this, or that! He blames everyone except himself! I thought it was his law firm because his name is on it! The last time i called, basically i was told i was out my 2000$ unless i can prove it! Stay away from this guy! Don't let him rip you off!

Mr Foster is a very skilled attorney. He is knowledgeable about the law, he has a good presence in the court room and is overall a respectable man. I have gone to him for help with multiple legal matters and been glad to have it.

Listen to David Salazar. He spends no time going over your case with you until the day of the hearing, then blames you for everything that goes wrong when you have asked him when he was going to go over the case with you. When he couldn't think of any questions to ask the defendant, he threw his arms up in the air. When he reads this, he's going to blame me. Mr. Foster was never asked to withdraw. He lost the case due to ineptness, which had absolutely nothing to do with anyone's son. Blaming client as shown below.

My son has had Bruce foster going on 3 years now.. first in court he had gotten us full custody of my grandson that was lost in Mexico for 2 ND a half months. 2nd he won us full custody and supervised visitations.. and now we are going back to court and my son and I don't worry about nothing cause he has done an amazing job. Bruce is an amazing lawyer and can fight in court just how a lawyer is supposed to fight. He really does treat his clients like family. He's helped my son out so much. Foster lied to me after I paid to handle a citation . He took my money and told me everything was taken care of. Years later I was arrested and found out he had lied to me.He's a vile psychotic lawyer. Don't trust this guy with anything. He refuses to put anything in writing. He will cheat you in a second.
