I couldn't have imagined a better legal team to represent me. Best Attorney in Lubbock Texas . Your wasting your money with anyone else . Bill is very knowledgeable and most experienced,it is very evident it intimidates others in the court room . The attorney is very rude. My husband had his phone consultation appointment today and he was extremely rude, he commented at one point I dont care as long as I get paid. We didnt feel like he cared and was worried about just getting paid. I do not recommend him at all. Deserves no stars and I will be looking for a different attorney. Im not the type to leave reviews but I felt the need. Ive had several attorneys in a different State. I did not end up hiring Bill because after a consultation it was determined not much could be done in Texas regarding my matter. However, I can tell you that based on my experience with multiple attorneys, Bill is a straight shooter. Hes not going to have you hire him just to make a quick buck. Hes pragmatic about your options and doesnt give you unrealistic, expectations. If I ever end up needing a TX attorney I will definitely be going back to him; he knows his stuff.

Bill is an exceptional attorney. He actually takes the time to to listen, reads, researches, prepares, and is an excellent in the courtroom. He doesn't present you with an over inflated expectation of an outcome. He gives it to you straight and he does everything he can to go above and beyond. I stumbled upon Bill McNamara quite literally during a time of immediate need, and over the course of the next four months found that fortuitous meeting and subsequent hiring of Bill to be the wisest decision I made during my divorce process.All you need to know about Bill is this: He is an expert on family law, he will get the job done, and he will do it well. He understands the system and the personalities of the key players (judges). He will require that you be reasonable (which is good), but will focus on what is important to you. While he is not easily intimidated and will fight for you, his demeanor is that of calm confidence. He knows when to act - which he will do swiftly when appropriate - and what to ignore - which can be extremely valuable in contentious cases. In my case, he focused on what I wanted most and helped me get a swift settlement agreement in place and a prompt date with the judge, all while ignoring the extraneous chatter.Hire Bill. He is going to work for you and is worth much more than he charges.
