Understanding that this is not a process anyone set out or plans for. She asked detailed questions about our specific situation and proceeded. Once I completed the questionnaire of thing I honestly hadn't even thought of these were sent to me for a final read through and approval. She captured everything that we needed to be documented with complete understanding.
