He was guilty and no one else would do anything for him, but she listened to all the extenuating circumstances and fought her best for him. Excellent attorney who really cares.

I called attempting to schedule an appointment. The customer sevice I received from the receptionist was woefully inadequate. The receptionist had an attitude, lacked professionalism, and it was like pulling teething trying to find their availability dates. I asked to speak to a supervisor or lead attorney and had to speak to her co worker instead about the service I received. I doubt my suggestions for improvements were passed on. Please improve your front desk.
