My divorce was not the easiest. No one should go through it but unfortunately, things happen. From the very beginning this firm gave me all my options. Affordable, friendly, and easy communication every step of the way.

My legal defense was great. My lawyers defense really protected my future. I am really glad that I searched out their help. I feel that the lawyers and especially Mr. Pritchard were attentive to my concerns about my case.

The two paralegal that help me through my divorce process was Lindsey B. Bryant and Kristi Castillo. These two show me the world class customer service every. They will get back with in a timely matter and making sure your schedule to speak with your lawyer. If you need a paralegal at Brent H. Pritchard ask for them. Thanks you for all of your help. I would not use this law firm, I really would like to give them 0 stars. I hired Mr. Pritchard to handle a child custody case. The day of court he sends another attorney from his law firm. He did not inform us about the change, and we had not even heard or spoken with this attorney prior to court. Also he does not like to keep you informed, and he was not pro-active at all on our case. He wants you to do the work for him, and then when you question him about his actions or lack of. He wants to withdraw from your case. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, IF YOUR CASE REQUIRE SOME WORK!

The offices of Brett HPpritchard were very helpful and shared insight in how divorce works. Dont be discouraged during the consultation about pricing, when you break it down it makes sense. The receptionist Minnie was very nice and thoughtful and listened to the customer. Lyndsey Bryant was my paralegal and was responsive and timely using the online mycase program. I have no negative the things in regards to this law office. Even though I didn't go through with a divorce, they were very helpful in returning any money's owed back to me in a timely manner. You will need to show some patients as a customer...dealing with paperwork can take some turn around time.

These are the most compassionate folks and so darn nice. Everyone treats you so friendly and take time to explain to you the route they are taking with your case. Mallory was my PA and she done the greatest job for me and always staying in contact with me. If you hire these folks you are hiring a bunch of great people.

Very SatisfiedGreat experience during my visit. Administratively sound and smooth! Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted and the process began immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Brianna for the administrative portion. She was extremely pleasant while processing my payment and redirecting any questions/concerns I had to the proper channels. She made sure I was at ease. I was introduced to all participating personnel regarding my circumstances. When speaking to the attorney (Jeff), there was never a moment I felt rushed! He was very attentive and very insightful with how the process works, steps taken, short term and long term outcomes. They made notes of everything and started working promptly.

I wish I wasn't writing this but unfortunately I am. I hired the law offices of Prichard for my divorce. I initially had a consultation with an attorney I liked a lot. He was very real and straight to the point. I wasn't aware that the office would choose a lawyer for me and not the one I requested. That's all fine. The attorney that was assigned to my case wasn't too horrible but he was completely uninformed about my case. We never spoke prior to my court date and he had no clue what was going on until we went in front of the judge. I had to give him a complete run down of everything in a short span of time because he had no idea what was what. He was not prepared whatsoever. Despite all that, he did a fine job and got me exactly what I wanted however, my ex didnt put up a fight either. Fast forward to dealing with the paralegals. My case took extremely long to finalize after I was told the decree would be sent in 2 weeks for the final signature. It took 3 months and I had to send it back for corrections. Finally on month 4, it was finalized. I had a child support order that I was told was sent to OAG and never was sent. I had to personally send all the paperwork to OAG myself and was still billed from the attorney for the work I did! My questions went unanswered and ignored until I finally revoked the release of my info regarding my case to their office since I was basically handling everything myself at this point. I also requested that no further action be taken on my case, firing them basically. The only notice I get from them are invoices yet I have messages from a month ago that never got a response!!! Ha! I'm convinced the only concern is that they get paid regardless if they do the work or not SMH. I had to stay on them constantly about handling my case, like I was babysitting! Maybe they are understaffed or disorganized, whatever the problem, FIX IT! Extremely slow and unprofessional

At first I was skeptical of going with this law office but within the first few minutes I was aware I made the right decision. Lindsey my paralegal was extremely helpful through the whole process and gladly answered any of my questions quickly. A completely professional and knowledgeable staff, I would recommend this law office to anyone in need of legal support .

Going through a divorce is one of the hardest things i've ever done. From the start this Law Firm has been very understanding and professional. The process was very easy to get through. The paralegal that was on my case was great Lindsey Bryant was the Best, I thought I was going through something, but she was dealing with the deployment of her husband, some time all we see is our problem. And she was very helpful and I thank her and her husband for their service.

I went it for a uncontested divorce. The had me fill out all the paperwork and after 20 minutes I was out of the office and they took over. Lindsey was my paralegal, she was always very professional answering all my questions and keeping me posted with all the steps of the process. It was a stress free experience and I am thankful for that.

Great experience was very stressed going threw custody battle as father but respectfully followed and kept my needs as we wanted. Very direct. Very knowledgeable. Helps you threw majority of case with apps and phone calls as needed.

The lawyer I meet with today for custody understood what I was trying to say and told me I wasnt crazy for wanting what I wanted. He told me he completely understands how I felt and I felt so much better after wards. This was the 3rd law office I meet with.

Awful advice and never time spent with client. Quick to take your money and bill you for 30 minutes of ineffective counsel. Do your due diligence and homework before hiring any lawyer. I went there on the reputation of Pritchard not realizing that I'd be assigned to a lawyer that was basically fresh out of hot water for alleged assault and battery of his wife. Sold on the hype that he was tough and best defense attorney out there and got to court and my poor child didnt even know what to say when he took the stand. Never again...spread too thin.

I hired Brent Sykora who is with Brett Prichard's law firm for my child custody case after having to release my previously hired lawyer. Best decision I have ever made!!! Brent was an amazing asset to my case and did more than an amazing job from start to finish in bringing my son home!!! He was much faster in getting court dates arranged and the ball going compared to my previous attorney. I wasn't ever left feeling as if I was paying for nothing in which, by the way, he was also VERY MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE compared to my previous attorney! Bret and Brent have always been fantastic with my case. Unfortunately i was stuck with a typical Texas anti-male judge that allows women to ignore 9 different court orders. Brett and Brent are at times busy as they should be, but always return contact. These 2 guys are worth their wait in gold.

After reviewing a plethora of firms, I chose this firm based on reviews and specialties. I was greated by a friendly voice who passed my case on because I lived far from the firm and didn't trust my local attorneys. A consultation was set and I discussed some of the issues that I had going with a CPS case and what my rights were for my child who was in a behavioral center. I know my constitutional rights, but in this tough crisis we sometimes need another voice to give reassurance. They guided me in the right direction and made it known that they were available if I decided to retain their services, which I didn't. Just speaking with them let me know that they have the tools neccessary to go toe to toe for parents' rights. On a personal note the lady that answered the phone was warm and concerned about my situation. Thank you so much.

My paralegal Ms. Lindsey Bryant and my attorney Mr. N.J Gaunt were very prompt and professional when communicating with me and made things easy to understand...and the fees were very affordable. I do not recommend. I can only speak on my own experience and these are my personal happenings. I had been going through a divorce for roughly 2 years. In that timeframe it has cost $8,000+. Mind you the other party is pro se. Every message, call and meeting will cost you. I was charged for calling and messaging checking on my case because things weren't being done and you won't be told anything, unless you ask first. Court dates weren't being scheduled, docs weren't being drawn up in a reasonable timeframe. For example, my divorce was finally settled the week of Thanksgiving. It took me calling in to see if the paperwork had been done in JANUARY to get it done. I signed the same day they were completed. it's now FEBRUARY 6th...and my lawyer has yet to sign the docs to be sent to the other party. Frustrating for sure, costly, most certainly. There wasn't any guidance. The child support that was ordered...no one told me I had to contact AG. The decree isn't finalized either, so I can't finish that up. Brett did call on behalf of his firm (as he wasn't my lawyer) to try and take care of my issues. They were resolved briefly but quickly reverted to where I am now. They have now moved forward with a motion to withdrawal as I refuse to pay for services not rendered. They even sent it to the WRONG ADDRESS. That have now updated for the 3rd time. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for myself. I often felt like an invoice number as there were recordings and texts from my ex that were never even reviewed that could have helped my case. If you go with this firm I wish you the best and hope you come out on top!

Upon walking in the receptionist was so nice and so attentive, I felt comfortable immediately. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan and he was so amazing. He was so informative and although I went in for one thing (out of my own fear) he reassured me and gave me an even better option. I'm really happy about my choice of coming here, and I've definitely found the law firm to help me and my son. Ryan was also very sweet towards my baby, and that was really big to me. He was allowed to crawl and play in his office as we spoke and he engaged with him as well. I walked out feeling good about my decision and happy that I spoke with him. I haven't had them represent me as of yet, but I am confident that they'll do whatever they can for the best interest of my child and I. So I'm really happy about that and would highly recommend.

I was at Walmart on Monday and I seen an employee from your law firm, Brianna (Im late doing this) anyway I approached her because she had on the companies work shirt and I have been looking for a law firm to do my divorce. She was very informative and knowledgeable. I told her I would be calling the law firm on Thursday to discuss meeting with an attorney. Just wanted yall to know that your employer was great even outside of work!

Very expensive and I felt like they didnt really listen when had an initial consult regarding my case. The lawyer I eventually chose was the opposite and is doing very well with my case.

They provided high class, knowledgeable services at very reasonable cost. All office staff are quick to answer any questions, very friendly and professional. My communications were answered promptly and professionally, and although my divorce case progressed easily due to civility with the other party, they were fully willing to go to bat for me. I would definitely hire these folks again!

Do not hire this firm if they offer you Andrew Thompson for representation. We retained this attorney for 5,000 dollars to represent our needs in a family law case. I cant speak to the specifics of this case, but this attorneys performance is the worst I have ever seen. He was reprimanded many times on improper procedures in Court, he was asked why he was objecting and could not give a reason why, and was overruled every single time. He has no problem just sitting inside the Courtroom racking up 425.00 hr and not putting in the work to thoroughly understand the case. I felt as if I needed to cross examine myself just to get the facts of the case presented. If Im paying top dollar for representation, I would expect the attorney to be taking notes and asking questions rather than looking incompetent in Court. Im embarrassed for this firm. We have reached out to the managing attorney with no response. My next review will be listed in Avo.

The Best Lawyer and firm in Bell County! Brett is thorough, honest, straightforward and QUICK! We drove 3 hours to get to him, with maybe 2.5 hours to left to file an answer for a family law case and he was on it! I mean....EXCEPTIONAL service from he and his staff. He also followed up to make sure we were satisfied and happy and still very friendly. Prices are reasonable! Hire this guy! 5 stars!

Do not waste your time. I called here to make an appointment and find out information. The lady that answered the phone was great and set me an appointment for 2pm however i got ther at 140pm and was waiting until after 230pm and was still not seen at this place. What is the point of making an appointment if you're not going to see the client at that time. Completely unprofessional.

This law firm is an extremely exceptional. I have used this law firm since 2012. Mr.Pritchard is an awesome attorney. You will know in advance what you are up against and is very honest with you. I will not choose any other law firm as long as I am here in Texas. AND their price is reasonable, you will get your money's worth. Call them for any legal issues you may have. They are the best in Texas!

You can automatically see when you are not going to make him money...friendliness drops from his countenance and words like a heart attack!! The ladies are very pleasant and encouraging that 'he' can help. He should work in their shoes occassionally, as a reminder...

I had several huge life changing issues going on when I went to see these guys. I initially spoke with Ryan Lawton and had my fears put to ease after speaking with him. My cases were given to someone I hadnt met yet, Jeff Linick. Who turned out to be one of the sharpest cool headed guys I've ever met, initially I felt like Jeff was being too passive and allowing the other party to get what they want, but the man knows what hes doing, my own ego didnt want to see it at the time. But in the end his knowledge and experience REALLY shined through, I wish I would have swallowed my pride sooner and listened to him earlier on, but we live and we learn. Through out the case I spoke with N.J. and Brett, both of which were extremely polite and understanding of my frustrations. I could have easily of written a horrible review with how frustrated this entire ordeal made me. But in hind sight after sitting and doing some serious self reflection, Jeff's actions prevented me from losing my children and my freedom even if I didnt want to see it at the time. Thank you Jeff. As far as expense goes, YOU alone determine what your case costs past the retainer. If you want to be difficult and not listen to the advice your experienced attorney gives and continually question them, it will ultimately cost you more with nearly the same exact result. They worked with me in a very difficult situation finacially due to my divorce and other criminal issues going on, and always kept my best interest in mind, even when I was too stubborn to see it. I appologize for the frustration i created due to my own pride guys. Thank you for everything you did.

My free initial consultation was very quick, easy, and the attorney was very knowledgeable and outline the process for me to understand very easily. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming. My paralegal was very and awesome in the process, we could communicate via the portal through messages and I could also call her. Definitely happy I went with them to make the divorce process as easy as possible with the legal aspect of it!

I have no idea how this law office gained 4 stars but here’s the truth!This Law Office DOES NOT research their client, they are bias against clients, they DO NOT have an open line of communication between them and their clients, they do not inform clients of all hearings, they do not allow you to speak with your lawyer (you speak with some random person via this sketchy site they’ve created, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY!After paying them for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for over 2yrs (Due to COVID delays) they want more money. Never having a proper hearing and they thousands more, if you do not pay, they will withdraw as counsel leaving you with absolutely NOTHING!They are already extremely expensive so be aware. Brett H Pritchard is not worth your time!
